Outside we have a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi with electric heating, gourmet area and bathrooms We are located 35 km from downtown Capitólio MG, 15 km from Santo Hilário and 100 meters from the Clube Estância de Furnas and access to the Represa and Lago de Furnas. NOTE: When renting, you have exclusivity of the entire property! No sharing spaces.

Located 7 km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and combined pantry, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue grill. The Ribeirao Araras crosses a good part of the farm, creating a number of places to cool down. The water used, in the main house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a stream of water that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.
