Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, gourmet area with large pool and heated Jacuzzi, barbecue, freezer, marble table, industrial stove, among others. To relax, there is a large balcony with spectacular views of the Furnas reservoir. Ideal for those who want to relax and/or party! Great location: 7 km from the city of Pimenta, 20 km from Santo Hilário and about 45 km from Capitólio

Residence located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, has 3 bedrooms, all three of which will be available for guest use, 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV and 1 TV room with LED TV (mattresses can be added), 1 pantry, 1 kitchen and dining room and 1 balcony in addition to 1 full bathroom near this balcony and a garage for 2 cars. The house will be available to guests; it is not a shared space.

Located 7 km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and combined pantry, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue grill. The Ribeirao Araras crosses a good part of the farm, creating a number of places to cool down. The water used, in the main house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a stream of water that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.

(17 km from Capitólio, 60 km from Serra da Canastra and 45 km from Santo Hilário). 800 meters from the ABC Hypermarket, with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop, snack bar and restaurant.

The stay was great, the place is very nice and quiet to be with family, the ranch is a little far from Capitolio, but Osmério accurately informed us about the distances and the time, so we scheduled accordingly. The space is very clean, organized and has many kitchen utensils available, in addition Osmério is an excellent host, being very helpful both before we close, and during the stay

The entrance features a modern wooden slatted garage door, allowing for natural light to filter through. A clean, minimalistic pathway leads to the front door, complemented by a well-maintained exterior wall painted in soft gray tones.

Great place to stay for a few days. The house and everything was very clean and cozy and Miriam always requests and helping us in everything that was needed. The location of the city also makes it very easy to be able to stroll around the surroundings and everything is very close.

An aerial view captures the scenic landscape of a tranquil lake surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. The still waters reflect shades of blue and green, while a small village is nestled along the shoreline, providing a serene backdrop to the natural beauty.

The stay was great! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, offering a perfect environment to enjoy with the family. Host was very helpful and always answered promptly to any questions. I recommend it!

A clear blue pool is featured, with a small waterfall and colorful inflatable floatation toys resting on the water's surface. Sunlight reflects off the water, creating a serene atmosphere. Wooden beams provide structure to the open area beside the pool.
