Those who need nature and tranquility, love this place. The apartment is located in the Five Lakes country in a small Upper Bavarian idyllic village. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. 5 - 10 min. you need by car to the lakes. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Please arrive by car.

The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. This was a great little spot to stop before I had to fly out of Munich airport. Close to the S-Bahn and is a straight shot to the airport. The tiny apartment was cute and clean. The hostess was wonderful and stayed up to make sure I got in safely even though the train had me delayed by several hours. It was a positive experience overall!

We, four friends, used Marcus' place for a little reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The décor is stylish and high quality, with many comfortable seating and reclining options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this place.

The room and the whole house is actually the same as described. It's actually so clean in a beautiful city , also there is everything that i need so I hadn't to buy from local stores , the house is already well furnished and everything is provided. Sabine is such a great person. She helped me alot , she's kind and helped me keeping my luggage in her house before the check-in. Literally worth it.

Udo was very accommodating and friendly. The place was lovely and very close to the water (within walking distance). There are also many restaurants and bars in the area. We had a great weekend at Lake Ammersee and would be happy to come back sometime! :)
