From our vacation home in Marina Den Oever you have a view of the water from every room. From our private jetty you can swim or canoe directly in the Ijsselmeer. The house is located on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The house has two large terraces with seating, sun loungers and barbecue: one at the front facing the marina and one at the back facing the Ijsselmeer. The one at the back has a whirlpool by the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and wellness! On the first floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of real leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. You can watch the passing boats from here. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third, slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have closets with ample storage space for personal belongings. An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a walk-in shower, as well as the private jetty with an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people.

It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Enjoy peace, space, and coziness at this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse is built in 1904 to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. Little by little we are renovating the house, so it now has well-functioning heating again!
