We are a Finnish family of three living in a townhouse, 8 km from the Turku market square. We have a huge garden with a small cottage located in the corner of it. In the summer this cottage is the best place to sleep! You will have full privacy. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage has NO HEATING. It is only available for booking in the summer months. You cannot stay there after the weather gets too cold (September can already be quite chilly).

Lovely bright studio on the 6th floor right in the center of Turku, close to all services. On the wide balcony it is nice to drink morning coffee and enjoy the heart of Turku. The apartment has a comfortable bed and all the basic necessities for cooking and enjoying. In 5 minutes, you'll walk to the market, the riverfront, and the train station. We had a nice weekend at the cottage with friends. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. Communication with Bettina was smooth and quick. Everything else met our expectations, but unfortunately, it was not possible to swim from the pier or get out of the water along the swimming stairs as they did not reach the water.

Communication with the host went great. The place matched the description. The only downside was the previous resident smoking inside the apartment. The house smelled of cigarettes, after the shower the smell intensified. The host raised the issue on the start date of the reservation, and offered to cancel the reservation as an alternative, but we made the choice to keep the reservation.

We stayed 3 nights at Riku's, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, recently refurbished. The location is not extraordinary but the bus is a stone's throw away, and the largest park in Turku is nearby. Recommended!
