The kind Daniela, who welcomed us, told us about the place and was available by phone whenever we might have needed her. The apartment was just as beautiful as in the photos and very clean. The view from the windows was stunning…something the photos truly don’t capture. Peace and quiet, despite being just a short distance from the main road. The spacious parking area saved us a lot of stress.

This was a great stay for my family and I - it was just as peaceful and beautiful as pictured. Though it rained our entire time in Lake Como, the Villa, town Square and the ease and flexibility provided by Vicky were unmatched. You can set up anything you need with the host, including car transport, cooking and boating. They really go above and beyond - we got lost on the train there AND I forgot my bag with my passport during checkout. Vicky took care of everything. Highly recommend this charming Villa!!

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. Wonderful stay in Colonno at Maria Rosa's. The view from the accommodation is amazing!!! The garage is really a plus to leave your car and venture on foot (greenway: a must-see 10km hike to explore the surroundings and along the lake, the starting point is at the end of the street of the accommodation itself) or by bus (very easy to access, the stop is a few minutes' walk from the accommodation). Maria Rosa and her husband were extremely welcoming and responsive despite our late arrival. We were won over by this slice of paradise. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to discover this region and experience la dolce vita for a weekend!
