Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, rare cleanliness, I would like to point out👍, to regularly use Airbnb, we are often surprised by the state of dirt. Very well insulated, because the apartment overlooks the heart of village life, windows closed, we slept like a log😴😴😴😴. Parking available at the foot of the building, but rare spaces, but large public parking, and free a few meters away. All shops are at the foot of the building, so an excellent bakery, for your breakfasts🍞🥐🥖. I would like to point out that a Senseo is available (indicated in the listing as a coffee maker). Two small black spots, the nearby environment, stairs, courtyard, entrances to the building (specified in the listing by the owners), not reassuring. The second point is the fridge is unplugged, so nothing to cool, as there was no tenant before me, the meter was off. Arrival with groceries, it was a little complicated.

Very well located accommodation, very functional for 4 people. The exterior is a haven of peace; flowers and plants just sublime. The hot tub is a real plus. Only one downside: weekend too short!!! Thanks to Eric for this listing.

Apartment as described. Very well equipped and clean. Friendly host who doesn't hesitate to check in to make sure everything is going well for his tenants and very responsive when needed. Accepted our arrival with 2 dogs (large size, which is becoming difficult to find). All this at an attractive price, very appreciable for me as a single mom, my children were very happy to be able to enjoy a stay by the sea and our dogs too. Thank you for everything.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Everything was fine except for a badge problem, we didn't have access to the parking space. What was a criterion for us to choose the accommodation.

The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

Good value for money as well as what is available (children's toys, utensils...) Well arranged and rather quiet accommodation overall. Responsive and very nice host.

We had a great time with the family in the apartment offered by Sylvie. The apartment is quiet, a nice size, and the terrace is lovely after a day of sightseeing. Montpellier, Pic Saint-Loup and the coast are easily accessible. We strongly recommend!
