Free parking in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 min. by car, shops, tram stop and Halles 800 meters, highway access 2 minutes, beaches and airport 20 min. Small but clean and well arranged. You are on the ground floor but be careful there are 3 steps to access the front steps.
