Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

We had a wonderful week at Simonas house. We were two families of 10 people and had plenty of room in the house. The pool was great . The villa was magical! Beautiful and gently renovated with all the old details preserved. A treat to visit! The surroundings were beautiful and rural with a lot of mountains, so car is almost a must. Then you can easily get to different sights on either the coast or nearby villages. We can really recommend Simona and the house as a host!

This home is stunning! Our family of five wanted a place that was surrounded by the Tuscan hills, near a train line and local town and we found the perfect place. The house was even more beautiful than we imagined. Each bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. The home has multiple living areas, a fire place and a lovely spa in the garden. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The home was cleaned immaculately and had an amazing energy. What makes the home even more wonderful are the hosts, Maurella and Jacko were so accommodating and kind. We would love to come back and stay again. It was an honour to stay in your home. 🙏🏼

The stay was great. It is a beautiful house in which it has patio and you can park inside. Sandro let us in before the indicated time and it is appreciated when you are traveling with 3 children. We were very kindly greeted by Rafaella and she had left us a bottle of cold water in the fridge and gave us a few apples from her harvest. We didn't get any hot in the house, with the windows open was more than enough, although we had been left a fan in each room. They were very helpful with us. Thank you very much!

Super cozy and clean apartment, perfectly matching the photos and description. Clean sheets on the bed and towels provided for guests. Clear directions for accessing the property. Since we were on a motorcycle, the host allowed us to park the vehicle inside the courtyard of the house.

A few minutes from the Cinque Terre, in the Lunigiana hinterland, we found a quiet, clean place, surrounded by greenery. The house is spacious, bright, with everything you need for your stay. Hosts Ilenia and Almo were really super!!! They put us at ease, advised us on transport and gave us tips on how to move around "cleverly" in that very popular stretch that is the Riviera Spezzina.

Great time spent here with our children/teens…peaceful place, excellent swimming pool with superb views! Bright and very pleasant accommodation… you can feel at home, and the small family restaurant that offers the local specialty was very nice! Recommended accommodation without hesitation!
