We had a great stay at Loredana and Lacopo's apartment! The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond with setting it up for us, down to details such as cold drinks in the fridge and fresh focaccia! You can tell they are passionate about what they do. It was nice to have a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Lacopo was very responsive in answering my questions about sights in the area and providing his recommendations. They were also very accommodating with our check-in, including allowing us to park our vehicle and storing our luggage until the apartment was ready for our check in. Would choose this apartment again if we came to the area!

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

Very clean and spacious apartment (even more than what appears in the photo) in a central location and very convenient for getting around both on foot and by public transport. The parking space, in our case uncovered, is also very useful, a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The real treat, however, are the hosts, who are of a rare kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, they made themselves available to anticipate check-in and made us find the apartment not only in excellent condition but also the fridge full of drinks, coffee capsules, all condiments and even focaccia. They also gave us a late check-out and even gave my son a gift for his birthday. Highly recommended from the heart!

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Terrific place. The apartment is very cozy. The hosts are very welcoming. There was a bottle of prosecco and water in the refrigerator and also fruits and some items for breakfast. We were very happy to sip the prosecco on the wonderful terrace and have the fruits! The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Allowed us to leave our luggage. If I am back in Genoa, I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Genova. Walk able to restaurants, marina, site seeing, and train stations. Place was as listed. Pino was a great communicator and always available if needed. You are right in the heart of the city.

A pleasant surprise!! The services offered are valid and of quality. The house has many amenities and the outdoor spaces are spacious and well-equipped. The hot tub after a day at the beach is a healthy touch.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Cozy accommodation in a peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. Paola welcomed us warmly and pleasantly, and was very accommodating. We got lost, and Paola kindly came to pick us up. Thank you again for your kindness and kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. The city center of Finalborgo is just a short walking distance. We did have some issues finding the right house with Google Maps because of the one way street, after that the self check in was well described and really easy.

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Great location! Really a lovely place and equipped with great services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. For children, it's a real paradise, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Thanks for everything!
