Vacation rentals with beach access in Pietra Ligure

Siamo stati 4 notti tra maggio e giugno. Il balcone sul mare è il punto forte della casa: c'è un tavolino dove poter mangiare con vista, due fiori e uno stendiabiti. Tutto quello che serve. L'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è estremamente facile, passando dai box. Maria Letizia e la sua famiglia sono stati ospitali e d'aiuto. La casa è vicina a un bar e un alimentari e in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il borgo saraceno. Non c'era aria condizionata ma, nel periodo in cui siamo stati, le due ventole sono state più che sufficienti, la sera l'aria dal mare era fresca. Torneremo sicuramente per un'altra visita di qualche giorno.

Wir waren zu viert in der schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt um alles schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz der uns zur Verfügung stand ist für diese Lage fast einmalig. Vielen Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Simone war sehr nett und auch immer sehr gut erreichbar. Außerdem gab Simone uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung von Savona. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung sowie eine gute Lage.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt für 7 Nächte. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Bäder und die Küche sind sehr modern. Die Betten sind bequem und die Lautstärke von der Straße ist auch in Ordnung und wird gut gedämmt durch die Fenster. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alma est une hôte très sympathique et à disposition. Connaissant bien Alassio, je n'ai pas eu besoin de renseignements sur la ville, les restaurants etc. L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement conforme à la description, son état est impeccable. La vue est magnifique. Il se situe bien entendu dans une rue avec restaurants, comme c'est le cas sur tout le front de mer d'Alassio. Il y a donc des inconvénients sonores liés à la fréquentation de la rue, mais c'est aussi le charme du bord de mer italien. Les chambres elles, donnent sur une coursive arrière, plus calme, ce, qui est très appréciable. Le séjour était excellent et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Un appartamento ideale per un soggiorno meraviglioso e di totale riposo, con una vista eccezionale sulla costa, la vicinanza al mare, la comodità del parcheggio. Alessandra è stata gentilissima, ci ha accolto con un sorriso splendido dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è sempre stata disponibile a darci indicazioni in caso di necessità. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, comodo, pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario. La costa è meravigliosa, il mare è stupendo, ci sono ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Assolutamente consigliato!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. In unter 5 Minuten am Strand, meegaa. Sonst alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar, haben das Auto nie gebraucht. Wen wir wieder in Celle Ligure sind, würden wir erneut in diese Unterkunft gehen. Danke vielmals.

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einer bezaubernden Umgebung. Cristina hat uns perfekt über alles informiert und ein früherer Check-in war ebenfalls möglich, was ideal war. Herzlichen Dank für die Flexibilität und den freundlichen Kontakt. A doppo!

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione. Come sempre, ma questo è un problema generale del paese, ci sono problemi di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Buon livello di pulizia generale. Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria ai massimi livelli. Consigliato ma attenzione alle scale (ci sono ben tre rampe) soprattutto se avete bagagli pesanti.

Petite maison idéalement placée surblombant la mer et au milieu des pins. Marcello nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nuits merveilleuses avec une literie très confortable et au son des vagues. 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage par un joli chemin. Très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut ainsi que des petites attentions et de bonnes adresses . Séjour très relaxant et ressourçant !

Daniela è stata gentilissima e piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia estrema degli spazi e la comodità dell’alloggio. Consigliato!!!

Tolle Lage! Mitten in der Altstadt und nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Bis auf den nicht geleerten Badezimmer-Müll war alles sehr sauber. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Promenade liegt ist es laut (auch nachts!). Auch die steilen Treppen sind nicht zu unterschätzen - ein italienischer Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer entschädigt den Aufstieg sofort. Zur Nebensaison gibt es genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze - Achtung: nicht an der Promenade parken, dort findet freitags auch ein Markt statt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen Loano sehr!

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! Viaggiavamo con una bimba di un anno e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di cuore, Constanza!

un alloggio piccolo ma veramente ben organizzato, pulito e confortevole. abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte per via di un torneo di calcio e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene l'host Stefano è stato molto gentile e ha anche creato una guida sulle regole della casa molto precisa e utile direi. consigliatissimo per due persone ma anche in 4 se non si alloggia per lunghi periodi.

J’ai toujours trouvé que finale était un petit paradis sur terre et j’ai été ravi de pouvoir faire découvrir cette ville et cette région à ma fille… L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel… Stéphania à était parfaite, disponible, réactive et très courtoise. Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.

Frequentiamo la zona di Finale/Varigotti da tanti anni e mai avevamo trovato una casetta con la finestra davanti al mare. Anzi a dirla tutta a Varigotti abbiamo sempre solo trovato case dai prezzi per noi inaccessibili, quindi questa volta si è verificato un miracolo. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi col suono delle onde, con sotto casa la nostra focaccia preferita, non ci è sembrato vero. La casa era semplicemente perfetta come posizione e molto accogliente. Il checkin è stato molto facile... andarcene via è stato invece difficilissimo, saremmo rimasti altre due settimane :)

Great apartment for a mountain biking visit to Finale. A short 15 minute walk towards Finalborgo to pick up our bike rental then a short ride to guide/shuttle. The apartment was more spacious than expected, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sonia was super friendly and helpful. Four minute walk to the train station. Two minute walk to the Pam supermarket. On a pedestrian street so you have to park a few minutes away in a paid lot to unload if you arrive by car. Then free parking 5-10 minute walk away. We were a family of 3 but you could easily fit a group of friends or larger family here. Lots of wide stairs helped work off all the good food. I hope one day we can return to Finale and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Grazie Mille Sonia and Guido!
