On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

The beach and sea are accessible both on foot and by public transport. Il Rustico is also in a strategic position for accessing the Monte Portofino Park and all its trails of varying difficulty and beauty that allow you to go trekking, walking, and running. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is a new loft for up to 4 people. The house is completely furnished and consists of a living area/kitchen, bedroom, a large bathroom and a separate storage space with a washing machine. Only a 5 min walk away you will find supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars.

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.
