Intimate cottage: private heated pool & big garden

THE ACCOMMODATION: THE COTTAGE (LA CASETTA) La Casetta is a mini-house, 38 sqm, built with local and sustainable materials, designed down to the smallest detail to integrate with the splendid surrounding green landscape. Accessible via a private entrance, the Casetta is entirely on the ground floor and opens directly onto the large flowering garden and your revitalizing private and free pool. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a small, fully equipped kitchen, featuring an electric hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. In the bedroom, a third single bed is located on a mezzanine level 2 meters off the ground, accessible by a ladder. A photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy and powers the Casetta. YOUR EXCLUSIVE GARDEN EXPERIENCE In the garden, you will find your private 6x3 mt swimming pool, a solarium with comfortable sun loungers, the large, fenced garden (1000 sqm), relaxation corners, many trees and flowers, a hammock, a pond with water lilies and goldfish, and an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit for your evenings stargazing. Everything is for your exclusive use. There will only be you, in perfect tranquility and authentic privacy. The pool is sun-heated in spring and autumn thanks to solar panels, reaching a temperature of up to 28 degrees during daylight hours and on sunny days. The water will be pleasantly warm, perfect for a dip, after which you can warm up in the sun on your comfortable poolside loungers. Here you can rest and regenerate, letting yourself be woken by the birdsong and savoring every moment of the day in harmony with nature. Everything is designed to ensure you discretion, privacy, autonomy, and absolute relaxation. DESIGN DETAILS AND AMENITIES Large windows overlook the garden, the woods, and the private pool; a roof window frames a corner of the sky for falling asleep while watching the stars. The roof window, above the bed, is fully black-out with an automated system. Wood is the characteristic element of the Casetta’s interiors: every piece of furniture was created by us, through our artisan activity, Naturas. It is equipped with cable television in the room with the Tivùsat system (which also captures major foreign channels), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, mosquito nets, adjacent free street parking, and an electric car charging station (this last service is available for a fee). Bed and bath linen is included in the price. For weekly stays (7 nights), a linen change is included mid-stay. Upon arrival at the Casetta, you will find a complimentary supply of: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and vinegar. In the garden, you will find a supply of wood for your fire pit, which is included in the price. Any subsequent supplies cost €6 per basket. You will have a washing machine available in a dedicated room a few steps from the Casetta. For drying your clothes, you can use a portable outdoor clothesline. Use of a tumble dryer is available (service for a fee). OPTIONAL BREAKFAST SERVICE Breakfast can be requested. Sweet and savory, featuring genuine, organic, and local products, it is delivered in two large picnic baskets, hung outside your entrance door every morning, so you can start the day slowly and in your private spaces. Breakfast has an additional cost to the stay, equal to €18 per day for one person; €26 for two people. HOST INTERACTION AND OTHER GUESTS From your Casetta and garden, you may glimpse other people: us, the hosts, or the other guests renting our other accommodations, but no one will invade your spaces. Only we, the hosts, will carry out daily cleaning and maintenance activities in the garden and pool, early in the morning for approximately 30 minutes. We are Stefania and Alberto and we will be happy to have you here. We live in the small hamlet, less than 100 meters from the Casetta, and will always be available for any need and to give you all the information to explore the territory. HOUSE RULES AND YOUR DOG If you bring your dog, it will be welcome. Its stay must be agreed upon at the time of booking, and you will be asked to specify its habits and needs for a peaceful holiday. You can let it run free in your private garden, but it is forbidden for it to enter the pool. It will also be necessary to recall it if it repeatedly barks. We have dogs and cats, but they remain in separate spaces. The private garden of the Casetta measures 1000 sqm and is completely fenced with a metal mesh, tightly woven to prevent even the smallest dogs from escaping. The fence height is about 1.5 mt. You will access the garden through a gate that only you will use. In case of accidental damage to furnishings, doors, walls, accessories, the pool, or if extra cleaning is necessary, or if stains or pet hair are found on cushions, rugs, armchairs, sheets, towels, bedspreads, and blankets, the costs for restoration or replacement will be charged. Finally, please note that nudism is forbidden.
