Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Duplex apartment on the first floor of a one-story house, which also houses an apartment on the ground floor. Both apartments have their own independent entrances. The property is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Term Cieplicki, direction Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a lounge area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Floor 1.5 ha/0.34 ha las. A fire pit.

Brand new modern apartment is located in a beautiful environment and quiet location of the Giant Mountains. Walking distance from the center of Pec pod Sněžkou is about 15 minutes. The place of stay is located directly on the main hiking trail. The private parking area is right next to the property. A ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.
