Vacation rentals with a patio in Picardy

Had a nice stay, everything you need is present. Center within walking distance and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is fine in front of the door if there is space and otherwise in a street nearby. Nice shower, and nice outdoor spot. Really an addition to the apartment. We will definitely come back!

Super place right in the center of Épernay. Clean, comfortable and with everything needed for a short stay. The secure underground parking was a nice bonus. Very helpful host!

Great place to stay, beautifully clean, super communication with host. We arrived early and they worked so hard to clean quickly to let us in at 3pm. We would stay again. Very restful and quiet. The balconies are amazing.

We absolutely loved Vincent’s place — it was by our favorite airbnb we have stayed in Paris. It was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We also loved the neighborhood and it was close to so many amazing shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We had a great time at Fahiza and her husband's. The apartment matches the photos and is impeccably clean, with all the comforts you need (fully equipped kitchen, good hair dryer, garden, etc.). The authentic atmosphere and the generous space are real assets. Location: 10/10. Communication with Fahiza was very smooth and warm. She responded immediately to any questions we had and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. An address to recommend without hesitation if you are looking for a place to stay in Reims😊!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need if you are looking for peace. Nice bed, the bedroom can be darkened well and it is wonderfully quiet. Also nice that you can order a nice breakfast for little money. There were also guests in the other apartment next to us. We've hardly noticed any of that. We made trips to Louvre-Lens, Lille, walked in the adjacent forest and Cap Blanc Nez near Calais. All worthwhile.

Michiel’s place was clean and tidy with a retro feel. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to see within a 10 minute walk. The parking space was also very welcome. Michiel was friendly and welcomed us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

A lovely family weekend… a good garden for the children to run about and we were able to BBQ and eat outside which was very atmospheric….. Indoor cooking and dining facilities were also good. Bed linen was clean and fresh and the beds comfortable. Sylvie was very supportive and helpful when I had the mishap of locking my car keys in my boot ….. ! The parking facilities were good and off the road which was certainly an advantage. I would recommend the property for a family getaway! Thank you!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Super nice and cozy apartment within walking distance of the center of Reims. Everything was perfect and wonderful garden to rest and recover. The parking garage is great and nice! However, as described for a smaller car. Recommended to stay here for a visit to Reims!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay.
