Family-friendly vacation rentals in Picardy

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. However, Julie provided a bottle that was divine... Thanks, Julie!

Thanks again to Willy, who was kind, welcoming, helpful and flexible with our group. The house is sublime, functional and warm, and all the services are beyond what we expected. We all agreed that the house was better in real life than in the photos! Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

We had a great weekend at Christelle's place. The sauna and hot tub were much appreciated. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable with their private bathroom. Christelle was a nice host who showed us the walks and places to visit in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed the nice house that was equipped with all comforts with our family. It is truly a family home. The huge plus is the beautiful large garden and the beautiful view of the Seine! We used the canoes and sub boards. The train station is within walking distance and very cheap to travel to Paris. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to come back again Esther!

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

I can't put into words how beautiful this place is. I think the pictures absolutely don't do the sweet cottage justice. It was just gorgeous. Amenities and cleanliness were impeccable. Even more impressive was the garden with all the animals and plants. You couldn't paint it more beautifully. We could hardly believe our luck. What you should know, however, is that the frogs can rob you of some sleep at night if you are not used to the sound. Upon arrival, we received nice tips for beautiful walks, which we also implement directly. The landscape is just fantastically beautiful. Breakfast is loving and sufficient. Dinner in the windmill is great. We will certainly often look back on this stay with wanderlust.

The apartment is a solid 10/10! The location is absolutely perfect: super spacious, very comfortable bed, and the hosts are among the nicest people you could ever meet. We did encounter an issue, which was not the owners’ fault but rather due to the cleaning company used. I spent the first few hours removing dust and cleaning out the fridge as well as mold from the washing machine, as I knew we would be using it during our stay & it was not clean. If it weren’t for the cleanliness, this would have been the most perfect apartment in all of Paris.

Can’t speak more highly of Karin and her peaceful apartment. Everything we need was at hand.. both not well for a few days and the peace and quiet, space made life bearable. I thoroughly recommend Karin’s place and she was so easy, quick and amazingly helpful in letting us in a few hours earlier. So appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Breathtaking location, beautiful town, and wonderful nature close-by. If traveling with dogs, note that they are not allowed at the main beach. All in all: The apartment and location was great and I'd come back in a heartbeat! :)

We were with friends for a weekend in Lille. The apartment was really fantastic, exactly as in the pictures. It felt even bigger. The roof terrace has sun almost all day, which was also wonderful. We only used the bedrooms on the floor, because of the air conditioning. The attic had no air conditioning. But this was all right. We had received clear instructions in advance regarding the door codes, this was all clear. It is a climb up the stairs, so for people with mobility problems I do not recommend it. The location is also more than fine! The old center of Lille is about 10-15 minutes' walk, but the apartment is already in a cozy neighborhood with plenty of bars etc. The communication with Matthieu and Laurent was also great. He was very quick to respond and was proactive on the day of arrival. In short, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Great host and studio! Pierre was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. The studio was well designed and modern, and the location is perfect if you want to be ingrained in the beauty of Montmartre.

We had a wonderful stay at Elodie's flat. Communication before we arrived (and when we were there) was excellent and we were met at the flat so that we knew exactly how everything worked. The flat was really clean, tidy and quirky with balconies at every window with an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur. Elodie, very kindly, left lots of food for us eg milk, bread, butter, juice etc. It's in a great location with lots of cafes, boulangeries near by, the metro just two minutes walk away, and Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur on the doorstep. We would definitely love to stay again.

What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a lovely garden with private swimming pool, that's just enjoying. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and enter the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

Great stay in Fort Mahon. Impeccable and super well-located accommodation. Ideal for walking (Marquenterre, Le Crotoy, Baie d'Authie etc.). The place is "timeless", in a calm and serene atmosphere. Nicolas is a considerate and available host.

We had a great time. View from the apartment, beautiful. Peaceful, refreshing and relaxing environment. There are plenty of places to discover... Restaurant and grocery store next to the apartment, which is very convenient... We'll be back because we still have places to discover...

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury's with 13 people, with friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, ping-pong... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb sitting area. Amaury was an available, discreet, attentive, and always responsive host to our requests. We leave with wonderful memories and will not hesitate to return! Thank you so much!

Great place with great hospitality. Please note, the apartment is upstairs with a protective barrier for little ones who walk but which can easily be opened by a small child. The balcony is not very safe for little ones who walk but the rest is superb especially THIS VIEW OF THE SEINE 😍
