The instructions were super clear, nothing to repeat The SPA + massage chair are exceptional we had a great time with 2 completely relaxing The cabin is quiet with a large glass window where you have a splendid view that must be even more beautiful snow. We had a pleasant stay in "La Charmeuse" in the middle of the countryside. What a nice break to spend a moment in the middle of the birds, donkeys, sheep and horses while lounging in the Nordic bath and eating a good raclette. These moments will always be a pleasure to take and we were super well received!

Wow! We had a truly wonderful weekend at the Log Cabin, we didn't want to leave.. it is the perfect place to relax and recharge with uninterrupted beautiful views, total privacy and peace & quiet. As a family of four with our dog, the cabin suited us perfectly, the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a fantastic bonus. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew, this was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend!

An unforgettable stay! Candice and Romain are caring and welcoming. The setting is simply exceptional, perfect for relaxing. A Nordic touch (bath, sauna, and kotas) that enhanced the experience. The added bonus was the meal, which was a treat. This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've ever done. We'll be happy to go back.

The welcome is excellent and the owner very nice and welcoming, I was impressed by the beauty of the place and the cabin. I plan to go back, we loved it. There is everything for an amazing stay, paddle board, boat, Nordic bath, barbecue... I recommend it without a second thought. Thanks again:)

The Domaine Saint-Ange is a true oasis in the Normandy countryside, run by the incredibly friendly and competent Aurélie and Éric. It consists of a beautiful château with multiple guest rooms and the surrounding property of around 30 hectares. This accommodation (Le Grand Hêtre) is one of the 3 "gites" (or nature houses) that they built themselves in the middle of the forest on the domain surrounding the château. It is fully submerged in the forest and feels incredibly private, with the only sounds coming from the chirping birds or visiting cows. The gite itself has all the necessary luxuries, a beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with a wooden nordic bath (with water heated up to 39ºC) Éric has been incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning, personally welcoming us upon arrival. He is always just one text message away, but never intrudes onto the feeling of privacy. I can only very strongly recommend this accommodation!

Spent two days in the Barrel with my two dogs. When it was time to leave dogs refused to move:) Amazing, extremely private, tranquil, basic in the best way. Just think through how you will brew your coffee (I asked for a plug for small kettle, as on premises only battery, that is enough for night light and charging phones, but not for cooking). Wood fire in the night, birds singing in the morning and no people (though 10 min to the center of a cute village). Thank you, Denis and Laura, for making this oasis. For sure will try to come back!

Great place. Very clean and tidy and just like the photos although actually felt bigger in person. Was very comfy and warm but the heating was never on so it must be very well insulated. Stunning location. And the view from every room is unique. Eerily peaceful save for the moments when the mist comes in and the lighthouse starts emitting a foghorn. Would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed. It was the ideal spot to unwind and relax. Our dog especially loved the garden, it was a real treat for hee. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this listing! I spent two nights there with my son to have easy access to Parc Astérix (less than 15 minutes from the park). Check-in was easy despite the late hour (self check-in). The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. That was perfect! And thank you for hosting us!! 😊

We had a great weekend in these cabins in the heart of the forest. A beautiful experience connected with nature. I highly recommend this warm place, surrounded by the forest with beautiful walks to do.

Incredibly cozy place surrounded by a breathtaking scenery and a private lake. The landlord was more than welcoming by accepting us in a respectful manner, delivering us a delicious homemade breakfast exactly at the request time, and even offering us to stay longer for free. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay! My boyfriend and I needed a weekend away and this was the ideal spot! 🤩 Beautiful nature and a beautiful hiking trail nearby! The cottage itself was very clean and had a cozy and warm interior, as if I came home:) ❤️ Upon entering, I immediately saw a form with all the useful information such as shops nearby, hiking trails nearby, neighborhood rules, etc. This was super convenient and direct! What I also found super cute was the booklet where you could leave a nice message for the hosts 😊 Felt very personal ❤️ I definitely want to return here again! If you now read my review to know if this is worth it for a relaxing weekend away: that's it for sure! 😊
