court séjour très agréable. Lionnelle est une dame très agréable. Le logement est fonctionnelle et propre et charmant.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les lits doubles (1m60) sont très confortables (ni trop durs ni trop mous). Lumineux. Orientation Est de la grande fenêtre d'entrée. Au bout du jardin, bel étang et petite rivière avec des vaches. Les 3 labradors adorables des propriétaires sont dans le même jardin que celui du gite. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse et sauna sur la mezzanine à l'intérieur (nous navons utilisé aucun des 2 en supplément). Pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant c'est bien. Si 6 adultes, le rez de chaussée est un peu petit. Merci, nous reviendrons :)

Tout était parfait, le logement de Bernard et Chantal est très mignon et le jardin très bien entretenu.

Caroline ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie spricht perfekt englisch. -- Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen großen Garten, den man benutzen kann. Es singen dort viele Vögel. -- Von dort kann man schnell an die Küste, die Seine oder in den Forêt de Brotonne kommen. -- Für Vogelbeobachter interessant sind der ''Parc Naturel des Etangs de Pont Audemer'', der ''Forêt de Brotonne'' und das ''Réserve Naturelle de l'Estuaire de la Seine''.

Prachtige en schone accommodatie met heerlijke tuin en mooi uitzicht. In het huis kunnen makkelijk 9 personen verblijven. De ruimtes zijn zoals beschreven. De twee slaapkamers op de beneden verdieping hebben een badkamer met toilet, beneden is ook nog een apart toilet. Boven is ook nog een toilet en badkamer. Het huis is heel compleet, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook de keuken is zeer compleet (we hebben de meeste avonden in het huis gekookt.) Buiten is een ruime tuin met mooi uitzicht en genoeg meubilair om heerlijk te zitten of te eten (en ruimte om te spelen voor kinderen). De ezels en het paard komen soms even kijken, wat onze dochters heel leuk vinden. In het dorp is een bakker met heerlijk brood, croissant en gebak. In de omgeving zijn prachtige bossen om in te wandelen en mooie stadjes om te bezoeken. In de auberge in het dorp kan je heerlijk eten. Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Nous avons passé quelques jours entre amis dans cette belle maison Normande, entourée d'un magnifique jardin. La maison proposait des équipements de base et des espaces communs agréables (même si nous avons passé notre temps essentiellement en extérieur). Merci à Céline pour son accueil ! Le calme et l environnement de cette grange rénovée en font les points forts.

Space, ease and peace The property was more spacious than the pictures had led us to believe, so the surprise was very pleasant. The design is modern and airy. The exceptional communication skiĺls and sincere thoughtfulness of the owner added a lot of ease to our stay and made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed. Finally, the property is located in a very quiet area of the town with a nearby lake. This gave us a feel of relaxation and of a slowed down pace of life. Our family has enjoyed a very lovely time and the kids who had plenty of space to run inside and outside will probably have wonderful memories of this place. We will certainly return and with great pleasure! Thank you very much to Ludiwine and her family ;).

Nog fijner dan afgebeeld op de foto's! Zeer ruim, comfortabel huis met veel privacy. Op zowel de begane grond als op een hoog een fijne rustige slaapkamer met een ruime privé badkamer. Wij verbleven er met een bevriend stel en hadden volop privacy omdat ieder zijn eigen slaap- en badkamer op hun eigen verdieping had. De gezamenlijke verblijven zijn handig ingedeeld. Een heerlijk grote eetkeuken met houtkachel waar alles aanwezig is van wijnglazen tot pannen. Boven een ruime woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar een dakterras met prachtige uitzichten. Fijne, discrete hosts die bij aankomst een aardige attentie op de keukentafel had staan. De streek is eenvoudig en authentiek, geen toeristen. Toeristische trekpleisters als Amiens of het stand zijn een half uurtje rijden. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Véronique. Elle correspond parfaitement à la description : propre, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est calme, paisible et idéal pour se ressourcer, tout en étant proche de Compiègne, Senlis, Pierrefonds (en voiture). Les hôtes ont été disponibles, réactifs et accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions encore les propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Prachtige plek heeft Morgane, je hebt een heel huisje tot je beschikking en toegang tot een prachtige tuin. Echt een paradijsje. Het contact met Morgane verliep heel prettig. Ze reageert supersnel en we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door haar bader. Toen we ‘s avonds nog champagne wilden drinken werd dat meteen geregeld. Chapeau!

Thank you for a lovely stay in this idyllic location. The extra children’s bed and relaxed checkout were much appreciated, and our sons loved meeting the cows. A very special place to spend the Easter weekend.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by countryside. We visited Hastings which was only 15 minutes away. Beautiful property.

As a family of five we really enjoyed Gaelle's beautiful home. It was very clean, modern and comfy place to stay after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets soft and warm. The area was quiet but close to the to toll road for our remaining journey South. A really lovely experience and my young children wanted to stay longer! Gaelle was easily contactable and super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Alexandre est un hôte très sympathique, très accommodant et très réactif La maison est très agréable et spacieuse(surtout les pièces de vie, salon, cuisine notamment)décorée avec goût. l'extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec piscine chauffée et cuisine/ salon abrités la maison enfin est bien équipée tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants Je recommande vivement ! Nous y avons passé un merveilleux week-end familial !

Very spacious home in a peaceful location, with ducks in the adjacent pond and friendly chickens in the garden (but no cockerel to wake you up early in the morning). It has everything you need for a stay of a week or so and is not far from many local attractions. Adeline and Mathieu were very friendly and responsive to any issues. Highly recommended.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in der Natur. Wer sich von den Fasanen wecken lassen möchte und Besuch von den Hühnern liebt, ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auf Anfragen hat Louise sofort reagiert und sie und ihr Mann haben alles möglich gemacht uns schnellstmöglich zu helfen. Uns hat das doch sehr hellhörige und abgeschiedene nicht abgeschreckt! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Fijn huis met prima voorzieningen. Van hieruit mooi de omgeving te verkennen (wel met eigen vervoer). Behulpzame eigenaren in de buurt voor als het nodig is!

Sehr tolles ruhiges Haus mit einigen Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Sehr gute Gastfreundschaft und das Haus war genau wie erwartet tadellos. Kann ich nur empfehlen
