The apartment is wonderful and the access to the main street is very quiet. We had everything we needed with a quiet location and still close to a lot of restaurants. Coming back to staying with Felipe who was very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

Unforgettable Experience. The property is a true getaway in the midst of nature: wide, quiet and surrounded by very green. For those looking for peace of mind, this is the ideal place. Nature Contact – There are light hiking trails, open spaces perfect for picnics, and a stream/waterfall so close that the sound of the water packs sleep every night. Outdoor Structure – We enjoy bonfires under the starry sky and there are barbecue possibilities in a super well-assembled outdoor area. The feeling of freedom is total. Strategic location – Despite the peace of the countryside, the house is just minutes from Nova Petrópolis and other cities of the Serra gaúcha, full of attractions. It is easy to alternate between rest days and tours in the area. 10 Note Host – Maria Justina is extremely solicitous; from the first contact she was kind, answered quickly, and left everything ready for us to feel at home. Any questions or requests were answered in a moment.

The stay was very positive. We met the host, she introduced us to the place and gave us the key. Bed linen, bath and utensils all at hand. Rooms with air conditioning. It helped improve the experience. The location is perfect, close to the center of Gramado, and you can walk if you want, close to other sights in the city. And the place offered us everything we needed, even though it wasn't described as a heated pool, machines for communal use in the building. Anyway, it was much better than I expected. I highly recommend it!!!

Super cozy apartment, with airy windows, furniture in perfect condition, shower and gas taps, air-conditioning and easy access, there is a market, gas station, tourist spots nearby! Voltaria no doubt!!

We were greeted with mimicings: fruit of the orchard, chocolates, ice mineral water and Marcela's tea. We felt at home. A cozy, cozy home. All well clean. Equipped kitchen and barbecue with a good space. We love it. We intend to return. Super recommend it.

The host family is very kind and friendly. The house is spacious, pleasant, clean, functional and has the necessary amenities. The patio (backyard) is clean, grassy, fenced and safe. It has plenty of privacy (no close neighbors), it is very quiet, you only hear the sounds of nature. The location is very good (very close to the cities with the biggest tourist attractions in Serra Gaúcha). My family built beautiful memories in this house, which became a special place for us. We can only thank Franciel and his parents (lovely people). Bring your repellent and enjoy the peace of this place. I recommend it.

Eliane is a caring, friendly and always willing host to offer the best for her guests. Always respond quickly and hand over the keys. It allowed for early check-in and extended times at check-out. The photos and description of the listing faithfully match the reality. The house is well organized, welcoming and with impeccable cleanliness, providing an excellent value for money.

We started with a great welcome and treats left by Vânia on our arrival. When she met us and took us to the place, she was always very attentive, polite and helpful. The house has a magical air, it enchants by day and at night it brings an even more pleasant atmosphere. It is a beautiful and great environment for couples or families, with many amenities, all new and clean, as well as very well cared for. It was worth every penny, and I would say, if the price was higher, it would still be worth it! Congratulations Vânia and good luck with your space! You deserve it!

all note 10. the good taste of the Markus was seen in the house detail of the apartment, and very helpful in the requests. I certainly already have a place to stay when you return to Gramado. it was well worth it.

Impeccable! I used the apartment for a reasonably long stay and felt totally at home. Great location, quiet place, all necessary utilities available, very cozy. I would highly recommend it and would definitely go again!

The stay in the apartment was excellent, the space was consistent with the images. It is well-structured, with basic cooking utensils. The location is great, right in the center of Gramado, a 3-minute drive from Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Both bedrooms are large and spacious. The parking space is tight, and it only fits smaller cars.

The stay was good, Renan welcomed us, solicitous and pleasant, there was even welcome chocolate. The house has air conditioning in the rooms, extra garbage bags, and coffee capsules. Comfortable bedding and clean towels. Improvement points: - water filter: We spend a note with water, a filter of those that fit the faucet would be enough - install a microwave: we stayed almost two weeks, and no microwave is very bad, any lunch box had to heat up mixed on the stove, it dirty more dishes… anyway, microwave is necessary, very necessary - drainer for dishes: even one of those foldables… because when you wash the dishes, everything is not practical for everyday life The experience was good, but these points above would have made everything perfect! It would also be nice to have an iron, but that even softens with the hair dryer. Overall, we recommend it. It was a pleasant surprise in the Serra Gaúcha

The place is wonderful, super organized and right in the center of Gramado, you can walk to various sights or rent an electric scooter just around the corner. Natália was super gentle and flexible, allowing us to check in earlier as soon as we arrived in the city and we still got a treat to enjoy the stay. Thanks so much for having received us:)
