Surrounded by trees on a 3-hectare (7.4-acre) property, it offers a unique experience of connection with nature. A place for those seeking peace and quiet, ideal for families. It is located in Picada Café and is easily accessible via the BR highway that connects Porto Alegre to the mountains. The house is fully equipped for preparing meals in comfort. There are cattle and chickens on the property, cared for by my parents and kept in an enclosure.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place. Large house in half-timbered style, rustic atmosphere, is an invitation to rest, relaxation, contact with nature. Located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in Serra Gaúcha. It is 15 km from downtown Nova Petrópolis, 40 km from Gramado and Canela. The house is new, charming and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a beautiful and spacious deck with panoramic views, and this space has a fire pit on the floor, where you can gather around to relax.

A place to gather the family and enjoy days of tranquility away from the great centers of noise and chemical pollution, in this spacious and quiet place. Located in Nova Petrópolis in a rural neighborhood with a lot of greenery, contact with nature, waterfall, leisure, trails a good swimming pool and being able to be very close to Gramado and Canela Although in the rural area it is located 13 km from the city center. In the house we have an Aifryre, toaster, blender, mixer, and electric kettle.
