Monthly Rentals in Pic du Cap Roux

We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

We had a great time in this small apartment a few meters from the sea. It is located in a super quiet area, in Agay, the sea is beautiful, the mountains are incredible, wherever you turn, there is nature and there are many places nearby to visit. It's really worth it if you bring a car to go to nearby places and beaches, you shouldn't miss it, it has parking (a little complicated to open the door🥲). We cooked several times, we ate on the terrace. I wish they had coffee available as an amenity, in other places, we really enjoyed it. The tour guide they had was very helpful. Just to mention, sometimes it smelled like stagnant water, a little unpleasant, they helped us get rid of it, but I think it's something that should be taken care of.

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

I don't know where to start. We were in the house for 2 months. From mid-December to mid-February. We can say it was one of our best stays . The house is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Sophie has made every effort to make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel from the mattresses, big beds and top quality cotton sheets. Sophie is a superb landlord, helpful, always available. Always ready to help. Even that we stayed over the winter period we would still have come back. Cannes is 30 min, Nice 45min, Saint Tropez 1hr. It’s good to have a car. It’s easy to get around fast and visiting places ( there are many) Thank you Sophie for your hospitality:)
