We had a great time in Parma at Giovanni’s house! The apartment was centrally located in town and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided helpful parking instructions to ensure we stayed outside the ZTL.

Sebastiano’s apartment was very beautiful and comfortable exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! We spent a full week in Parma to attend a summer school in Classical Philology organized by the Università degli Studi di Parma. Everything was really great—the city, the university, and most of all, the accommodation. The apartment is ideal for a week-long stay. It’s fully equipped for cooking at home, which is perfect when you get tired of going out to pizzerias every day. We especially appreciated the robot vacuum cleaner, which helped us clean up halfway through the week when the place started to get a little messy. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

The driveway is a bit adventurous, but it's worth it. We felt right at home, the apartment is superbly furnished and has a great bathroom. The view is breathtaking and worth the effort of the driveway. The jacuzzi is a special highlight. The neighboring apartment is a little noisy, but otherwise it is very quiet and peaceful. Mirella is incredibly friendly and responds very quickly. We can highly recommend the host and the apartment.

If only all homes could be like this!! Honestly, close to a boutique hotel!! Toptop!! Well-equipped, soundproofed, air-conditioned, meticulously decorated! We loved everything! Recommended! Ideal for my family, the apartment is spacious, with an elevator for suitcases and stroller. The parking lot is not very far and secure. Fresh water fountain available: great idea!

Nice place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Bologna. The apartment allows you to rest very well.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. This beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge apartment is ideally located near wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Having secure, private parking for our rental car was a big plus. Communication with co-host Francesca was excellent— she was responsive and helpful throughout. This gorgeous apartment looked just like the photos and offered plenty of space to unwind from our busy touring schedule. Virtual key access worked wonderfully too. Highly recommended. We would love to return soon.

Fantastic location within the city walls. Lots of great restaurants around. Felt like we were living in a traditional Bolognese flat, absorbing the culture. The flat was spacious and the rooftop balcony was a great space for enjoying a meal or relaxing in the sun. Everything needed was provided and the flat was well equipped for a longer stay. Our host was very responsive, checked in regularly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants.
