As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

House in a great location within walking distance of the center. There are a few stairs to climb, but the house is large and pleasant! Adriano was very kind and available for any information! In the event of a return to Parma, we will certainly consider returning there.

Everything was perfect in the quiet accommodation, a small sunny terrace and 15 minutes from Lake Garda. Nadia gave us some great tips and especially the little village party where we could taste local dishes. We have fond memories of our short stay but we still had a long way to go. We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Absolutely loved the place! It’s a hidden gem right in the city. The place may seem small, but everything is very well thought out, modern, and super well-equipped. One surprise after another! And guess what? There’s a large outdoor area. It’s clear that the owner really wants visitors to enjoy the place, and he’s done an amazing job.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roberta’s Airbnb in Brera—again! This was our second time staying here, and somehow we love it even more each time. Roberta is a truly wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made a big difference for our travel plans. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and cozy—exactly what you want when staying in Milan. It’s beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and located in the heart of Brera, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan.

We stayed for five days and this apartment will be one of my favorite memories of milan! It is an open and sunny space with a great balcony where u can have breakfast or a nightcap. It is close to so many pubs and bars so you can walk back home even when u had a few drinks or when public transport isn’t available. Overall a perfect stay for when you would like to rewind and enjoy milan. Chiara was a super helpful and kind host who made our stay very comfortable.

Lived in Milan a few different times and this is a great place and great location. Well decorated, spacious, and in a clean safe area. Great, if you’re looking for a more vibey place in a big city where there’s a lot of modern airbnbs. The plants all over the place and patio really give you some calmness in a busy city! But the real highlight of our visit was Chiara herself. She is hands-down the most gracious, warm, and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Vanessa was always available, although we booked very spontaneously. She was very nice and punctual as well as flexible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And the garage is very convenient and the courtyard quiet and beautiful with a small cafe. Sorry, the street is noisy. But for one night, that's fine.

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.

Franca’s apartment is located in the most beautiful and peaceful part of Parma amongst beautiful historical buildings and monuments. The main piazzas are very short walk from the apartment. I used Parma as a base to see the Emilia Romagna region and I am very happy with the decision as I don’t like big cities. I loved spending time in central piazzas of Parma which are charming and peaceful. Franca has been always proactive and friendly with any questions I had. The apartment is in attic so it can be a bit warm in summer but with the two air conditioners in the apartment it felt very comfortable and cool. Highly recommend to anyone and will be happy to stay again if I visit Parma!
