全体的には満足しています。 ただ、実際に泊まる前に知りたかった情報がいくつかありましたのでここに記します。こちらに泊まる予定の方は是非こちらをお読みいただき、私達のように煩わしい思いをすることがないように願います。 ①お湯を出すためには「Hot Water」と書かれたスイッチを押し、10分以上待つ必要があります。 （私達は深夜に到着しとても疲れていたのでこのスイッチに気付かず、オーナーに連絡し初めてこのスイッチの存在を知りました。しかもその後10分待つ必要があるというのも知らず、私達は最初の夜水のシャワーを浴びました） ②最上階のプールに行く際は15分前にオーナーに申告する必要がある （プールに着いて部屋のカードを見せると「Air BnBでの予約の場合プールの料金は含まれていないから入場料を払え」と要求されました。そんなはずはない、我々の宿泊料にプールは含まれていると説明すると、オーナーに確認するから待て。→オーナーは電話に出ない。料金を払え→こちらからオーナーに連絡を取るもすぐには連絡取れず。なんだかんだしている内にプールの管理者とオーナーの話がついた模様で入場料を支払わずに済みましたが、この間10分程度嫌な思いをしました。プールに行く際は予めオーナーに申告要とはどこにも書いてありませんでした） ③プールでは飲食の提供があり、とても素晴らしい場所ですがその料金は部屋付けにはできずその場で支払う必要がある。 （私達はクレジットカードを持たずプールに行った為、クレジットカードを取りに部屋に戻らなければならなかった。しかもこの時トラブルで部屋のキーカードが開かず、次の予定があるのにメンテナンスが来るまで待たなければならなかった。このトラブル自体はオーナーも予期せぬ事態ですから仕方ないが、プールについての各種説明をしてくれていればそもそも私達はあらかじめクレジットカードを持ってプールに行くことができた） 以上の3つを予め知っていれば、ここでの滞在はとても快適なものとなります。

Great stay! Just the Bed linen sniffs not as fresh as they should. Would recommend this place! Check-in went smoothly and host is always responsible.

I highly recommend this place. Perfect for a couple. Good wifi and the host is super lovely. I’ll definitely come back here again.

muy equipado. algo complicado al llegar por el método que tienen de acceso, pero una vez que entras, todo arreglado. muy buena comunicación. también tienen motos de alquiler a un precio ajustado. me llevaron la moto a la puerta y me dieron muchas facilidades.

We stayed at Louis Mo’s apartment for a month and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Ms Dung and her place was great. Ms Dung is very sweet and nice, always responsive and easy communication. The place felt like home and had all the little necessities that made it comfortable for short and long stay. Such as cooking sauces and laundry detergent. The mountain and roof top view was amazing. At 5th floor, you get great wind flow, for me that’s better than AC. Short walk to the beach and delicious local eats. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Minh and Loc are both great hosts willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. Would recommend

사실 숙소위치는 사진으로 보내주었지만 처음 방문하게 되면 그냥 지나치기 쉬워요. 그 외에 숙소는 깔끔했지만! 아무래도 계단이 많다보니 더운 날씨에 오르락 내리락 하려니 힘들긴해요 2층 메인거실은 실링팬과 에어컨이 있지만 더위대비해서 엄청 시원하진 않아서 각 방에 들어가서 쉬었고. 전자레인지가 없는건 너무 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 호스트는 친절하고 주변에 뭐가 많아서 위치도 좋았어요!!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Brilliant accomodation and a really peaceful atmosphere to stay at. Suited for someone that needs a reset with full amenities and facilities!

Truong was a fantastic host who cared for my group and me. I will be back when Da Nang Her place is well-connected, easy to find and looks exactly as advertised

다낭 처음으로 갔는데 정말 만족한 숙소였습니다. 해변도 도보로 가능 하고 근처 한국마트 한국식당 다 있습니다 다 도보로도 가능해요!! 정말 불편함 없지 잘지냈습니다!! 다름에도 또 방문할께요!

Beautiful place to stay, easy to get anywhere you need to… had no problems at all… I’ll will definitely stay here again in future trips

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

My family and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay! There are restaurants, cafes and massage parlours within walkable distance. Hosts are helpful in providing local recommendations and arranging transport too 🙏🏼

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at Danh's Airbnb! The location made exploring Da Nang really easy and we were close to the beach as well. The check in process was smooth and Danh and her team were helpful with enquiries throughout our stay. Thank you Danh!!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
