Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Da Nang

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and just had a nice vibe - felt comfortable right away, like being at home. The host was great - quick to respond and helpful. All in all, totally worth it. Would happily stay again.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is amazing. This is my second stay here. I first stayed here for a week and it was booked up the following week so I stayed in some other places near by for a similar price range. No where else compares. Here everything is brand new and really clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the bathroom has lots of amenities with a good shower. For me the AC is really important when I stay somewhere, so far this has been the only place where the AC actually chills the room properly and is almost completely silent. There is a real attention to detail with the cleaning, for example I arrived early today and the lady cleaning the room was cleaning the fan blades. There is no musty hotel smell or anything like that it genuinely feels like you’re just at someone’s home and I sleep really well here compared to other places. Also the host greet you on arrival and there are even bicycles you can borrow to get around.

Well-equipped. Somewhat complicated to get to because of the access method they have, but once you get in, everything is arranged. Very good communication. They also have rental motorcycles at a reasonable price. They brought the motorcycle to the door and made it very easy for me.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

I had an amazing stay at Kathy House, the apartment is in a great location and Long is an amazing house. If you are coming to Da Nang make sure you book your stay here!

five stars! amazing apartment to stay in on a short trip to Da Nang. there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, including some with amazing seafood. the apartment has everything you need. and the team at the apartment helped me rent an electric bike at a very good price (just ask them about it). choose this place. you will not regret it

Mimiu was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Good location to base yourself while in Danang. Close to the beach and in a quieter side of town with the less younger tourists with very good restaurants and cafes that are packed with locals. The pool was great also and all the staff in the building a very friendly and helpful.

Actually, I sent the location of the accommodation in the picture, but it's easy to pass by when you visit for the first time. Other than that, the accommodation was tidy! It's hard to go up and down the stairs in hot weather because there are a lot of stairs. The main living room on the second floor has a ceiling fan and air conditioner, but it's not very cool, so I went into each room to rest. It was so disappointing that there was no microwave! Still, the host was kind and there was a lot of things around, so the location was good!!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Brilliant accomodation and a really peaceful atmosphere to stay at. Suited for someone that needs a reset with full amenities and facilities!

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ I was able to communicate with the owner smoothly, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during my trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the 2 marts right in front, the record store, Kong Cafe, and the Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was also close, so we could play in the water, and the pool at the property was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you are worried about a large family accommodation, I recommend it ~ ^^

Truong was a fantastic host who cared for my group and me. I will be back when Da Nang Her place is well-connected, easy to find and looks exactly as advertised

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. I loved the view of the living room and master bedroom, and it was so convenient that there were many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes on the 1st floor of the apartment. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location in Hyatt, and it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was perfect! The swimming pool was close by, and the playground was connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really kind, and he responded quickly, so there were no inconveniences~ I'm going to book here next time!^^
