Well-equipped. Somewhat complicated to get to because of the access method they have, but once you get in, everything is arranged. Very good communication. They also have rental motorcycles at a reasonable price. They brought the motorcycle to the door and made it very easy for me.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Had a lovely time at the villa. Very spacious. Great pool and just opposite the bigger pool which was very beautiful set in gardens. Staff were very friendly and Tang was at hand to help and gave us a lovely send off. The beach at this place is absolutley beautiful. Hardly anyone there and supervised well with a lifeguard. The villa itself was extremely clean and had excellent air con. We loved our stay. Thanks

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 3-bedroom villa in Da Nang. The house itself is spotless — extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family or group. She helped us with everything — from booking our Hoi An trip, arranging transportation, to even getting discounted tickets for Ba Na Hills. We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

This was our second stay in one of Dung’s properties, and we will definitely return if we come back to Da Nang. Communication was quick and easy, and the apartment was as described with all of the amenities we needed. The shower was the best we’ve had across South East Asia!

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

The condition of the accommodation was clean and nice. There was a grocery store on the first floor, so it was convenient.
