Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Phillip

We had stayed in the area before so found check in easy although it might be more of a challenge for a first timer. The view from lounge room and bedroom is spectacular and there is always something happening. The large balcony would be great for eating and drinking outside in warmer weather. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked in one night and ate out the other. The bed was comfy although I recommend you bring your own pillows if you have a car. The walk in wardrobe was great for storing bags and clothes out of the way. All together we had a great stay.

Great place, not massive. Easy to get inside, easy to park. 15 minute walk to the Dickson shops. Clean, comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Recommended.

Wonderful place to stay. We visited Canberra for a few sporting events and stayed at Jessica's place, the communication from our host was fantastic and the check-in process straightforward with detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. Beautifully furnished, house was spotless, and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kingston area. PS: The bottle of wine upon arrival was delicious! Thank you

I stayed at this apartment with my family during our trip to Canberra, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was clean, spacious, and really well-kept. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the city centre, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Canberra and would love to stay here again. A five-star experience from us!

Great location, lovely apartment & very helpful host. Check in was seamless. The apartment was spacious, spotless & had everything I needed. Good quality & very comfortable furniture, including a very comfortable bed (on the firm side which I love). Undercover parking was helpful but street parking was pretty easy too. Loved the balcony - watching the sun rise & set, watching the birds playing & the view to the mountains. I will definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Di’s place. Great location, with an easy walk to excellent restaurants, shops and cinema. The apartment has a spectacular view and great amenities. Di was also a great host, when there was a problem with the wifi she went out of her way to get it resolved despite it being the middle of the Easter weekend, and gave us a gift voucher at a local restaurant to make up for the hassle. We could not have been more impressed. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying at George and Violet’s apartment! It was beautifully clean and tastefully minimal, making it feel so cozy and relaxing. The location was perfect and super convenient for everything we wanted to do. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like central heating, the smart TV where we could use our own streaming apps, and easy parking. The whole space had such a great vibe that made us feel right at home. George was wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and made the check-in process a breeze. We’d love to stay here again anytime!

Beautiful apartment. Lovely decor. Lots of light and a very nice balcony. We really loved it. We were going to the tennis centre everyday and it was in walking distance. Only improvements would be clearer insert

I had a really lovely time staying at Fiona and Sean’s apartment in Griffith. They were both really responsive when I had questions and left a handy manual for using their appliances and awesome gaming/work station. As I needed to do a lot of work on this trip the large desk with monitors was an much appreciated extra! Would recommend!

Harry and his Canberra apartments are a godsend for international, interstate travellers and those who need a place to stay while finalising a relocation to the capital. He welcomed us early, with our two well mannered cocker spaniel pets, provided a tour, advice and fairly priced car parking. I knew I could depend on my host. The apartment had everything you need to take care of yourself but we chose to dine out and order in taking advantage of the Civic locale. Being fairly appointed the apartment made settling in easy for us. In fact, Harry’s hospitality and our apartment in particular were so good we extended our stay!

Great stay in a super convenient location—restaurants right outside the door and a major shopping centre just five minutes away made everything easily accessible!

A lovely, squeaky clean apartment in a great location. Beautiful views of the hills of Canberra from the living areas. Really appreciated the bathroom products such as shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa's apartment is a great spot to stay - the view is fabulous and the living areas are filled with winter sun! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are extremely quiet and private.

Great place indeed and we felt at home with our own privacy and close to public transport as well and it was indeed a perfect fit for a first timer to Canberra

Hosts were fantastic - super helpful, quick to respond, and went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The place was great for us and our dogs. Close to everything, and a 20 second walk from an excellent place to exercise the dogs (and ourselves).

We had a wonderful Family get together, the house was a perfect size for what we needed. Thank you. 🤩

Staying with Susan was a treat. She was a gracious host and always wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She went over and above my expectations with tips and hints on where to go and what to see in Canberra, was responsive, showed a high level of hospitality and was very supportive in helping me get to different tourist spots. The surroundings were peaceful and calm which was exactly what I needed. Breakfast included an excellent spread too. Thanks Susan for hosting me at your place!

I recommend to stay at Barbara Anne's either for a short or a long stay. She is very nice and while the location is quiet and ideal to rest, is easy and fast to reach the more animated areas of the city.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice and kid friendly, close to the Zoo, Questicon, a beautiful park and playground as well as other amenities like supermarket and chemist. Many places to eat not too far. Clean home, fairly quiet area.

amazing autumn retreat! very spacious accommodation and enough to keep 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 doggies entertained all weekend! beautiful house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! definitely recommending to friends and hopefully we will be back to visit again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Judy’s place while in town for the Canberra marathon! The house was spotless, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for our group to relax and recharge before and after the race. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was bright and inviting. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy for us to rest. Judy was also a great host—responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Canberra, especially for events like the marathon!
