Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

The place was very beautiful! The interior of the house was very neat and clean. In addition, it has a very large balcony, equally clean and with a beautiful view of the whole city. Honestly, the biggest positive was that the place smelled clean as we entered upon arrival.

A stylish living area features high ceilings with two elegant chandeliers. Exposed brick walls provide texture, while large windows invite natural light. The hosts were wonderful people! They welcomed us very warmly and were extremely helpful with everything during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel at home. Their constant availability and friendly approach made our stay much more enjoyable. The house was perfect in terms of both location and comfort. It was clean, tidy and prepared with everything that might be needed. We were very pleased to stay in such a beautiful house with such good hosts. I recommend everyone with peace of mind! If we happen to be in Kavala again, we'll stay here again without a second thought.

Great location, everything was clean and tidy, new and ergonomically usable! The host was very responsive and met all our needs and requests. Very satisfied, I would recommend! The only downside was the church bells, but thats very common on most places around greece and especially Kavala/ Thessaloniki, so if you are searching for a complete silence you should keep it in mind! It is also on the first floor so if you are shy, maybe not perfect to go around the apartment naked :))

The maisonette is exactly as the photos. It has great terrace with view to the sea. It was very clean and the host is very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend the place!
