A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

Once again, thank you for the excellent service. The apartment is wonderful, and the entire project is located in a fantastic area with cafes, shops, and a supermarket all within walking distance.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Great place. Very peaceful location. Great location. Beach and restaurants very near by right outside the building. Pool is great. It’s a well maintained gated building. Very safe. The view from the house is great. Perfect for 3-5 guests. One bed in the living area. Only one room has attached bathroom. Other bathroom is outside the rooms. Over all great place. Great expensive. Royee is a super host. Very helpful and responsive.

Security at the building was quite good. Location was perfect - close enough to all the hot spots but yet a bit far to come back to quiet neighbourhood. The building and the room was clean. Had no problem getting in and out of the property.

I booked this property for my family of three people (me, my wife, and my kid). Upon arrival to check-in, the security guard with poor customer service was unwelcoming (not friendly at all), and intimidating, making me feel nervous, uncomfortable, and scared. Anyway, the room is clean, and it has all amenities we need, especially a big refrigerator, and a rainwater shower. Importantly, my kid loves water slides at a pool (family-friendly). Only a couple minutes walking distance to nearby convenience store, and pharmacuticle store, is a plus! Overall, my family had a good time here. Centrally located in Pattaya!

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Nida ! Le logement était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de Nida tout au long de la réservation et du séjour. Elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions et donner des conseils utiles. L’accueil était chaleureux, et tout était parfaitement organisé. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit agréable, bien placé et avec une hôte attentionnée. Merci encore Nida !

Amazing place , absolutely what you need for a lovely getaway in Pattaya . Me and my family/friends enjoyed are lovely stay with the host being very responsive and kind . Thank you will most definitely stay again!

Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Tack Michael för att jag fick hyra din lägenhet 🙏

Tilava ja siisti huone. Sänky oli mukava ja tyynyjä tarpeeksi :) Kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi naulakoita ja tasotilaa saniteettitarvikkeille. Parveke oli erinomainen ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hienosti ja allasalue oli todella kiva paikka. Rannallekin pääsi vain ylittämällä tie. Suosittelen kaikille!

Trevligt boende med gott om förvaring. Bekväma möbler på balkongen En promenad genom poolområdet sen är man på den långa stranden. Restauranger finns på gångavstånd. Vi har bott i huset tidigare men första gången i den här lägenheten och den är helt klart vår favorit. Vi trivdes utmärkt och Natt som värd är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt vid kontakt. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet och området.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
