The house which is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. There is a reception next to the area where you can pick up the keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid on departure. The electricity costs f n 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you would like to order this and it will be on site at the house on arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.
