Villa vacation rentals in Phalasarna

Super stylisches und sauberes Haus. Alles war absolut liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nirgends ein so gut ausgestattetes AirBnB. Küchenutensilien, Kaffeekapseln, Waschmittel, Seife, Duschgel, ausreichend Handtücher - es gab wirklich alles was wir brauchten. Zusätzlich gab es einen süßen Willkommenskorb. Zum Meer ist man in 5 Minuten gefahren. Der Pool in der Villa ist traumhaft schön. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und jeweils mit eigenem tollen Bad. Wir durften sogar schon deutlich früher in die Villa als der eigentliche Check-In. Wir waren begeistert und rundum glücklich.

La maison et son extérieur sont très beaux. Le cadre est incroyable : nous étions seuls au milieu des champs d'oliviers, aucun bruit, et chevres et moutons se baladent autour de la maison. Nous recommandons cette maison ! Seuls bémols : le chemin permettant d accéder à la maison ne peut pas se faire avec n importe quel vehicule (cailloux, bosses, trous,) et l'absence de nécessaire de cuisine minimum (eau, huile d olive, café) qui seraient pourtant attendu à ce niveau de prestation.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Amazing property, amazing views, amazing service. Would highly recommend Youphoria to anyone coming to Crete! They went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information and local recommendations as well which was a great touch!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely stunning! It was more beautiful in person! It is close to town and beaches! Host Elektra was awesome! She met us once we arrived and showed us around! She also sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit! She was around in the mornings to check on us to make sure we didn’t need extras towels! We had a very peaceful experience and the house has lots of charm which we loved!!!

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation. We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! Amazing home.

Die Unterkunft war besser als erwartet. In Realität wirkte alles größer als auf den Fotos. Wir waren deshalb positiv überrascht. Der Blick auf Meer und Berge war schön. Die Gastgeber bemühten sich sehr und kommunzierten wunderbar. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

The villa exudes luxury throughout with thoughtful details that ensure a high level comfort during your stay. We couldn’t make full use of the pool (price to heat was a bit high) but our daughters were braver and took a few quick dips. We stayed over Easter and planned visits into the local town and surrounding area to immerse ourselves in the celebrations and communities which was so memorable. We’d definitely love to stay again- it was a wrench to leave!!

We cannot have asked for a better place to stay in Chania. The house is a gorgeous villa perfect for a large family vacation. The location is on a breathtaking hill overlooking the city and old Harbor. There are tons of windows letting in natural light. You can be an old town in eight minutes by car or about 45 minutes walking. There are plenty of local mini markets and restaurants nearby. Michalis was a model host, and gave us plenty of recommendations for day trips, restaurants, treats, activities, and gave us very kind gifts throughout our stay. If we ever return to Crete, we will be staying here again!

Beautifully constructed and well appointed home in a very peaceful area! Beds are so comfortable compared to other European stays. We traveled to a few different beaches- sandy to rocky- in under an hour. Afrata beach just 5 mins drive or 20min walk. Super relaxing stay!

Maria was a wonderful host. The home was very comfortable and fun for the whole family. Maria was super responsive. Everything about this house was fantastic.

We recommend Villa Elena with our highest endorsement. Sifis is a compassionate host with resourceful info & recs, def reach out to him if you have any Qs; he’s very responsive. Thoughtful/Delicious homemade meal ready on arrival. Kitchen stocked with basic food including many oranges for fresh squeezed OJ everyday & the best olive oil on Earth. Private/Tranquil location with amazing views yet close to beaches, market & bakery. Short walk to point for breathtaking sunset. Visited during low season so pool not used & did not think in advance to pay extra to heat hot tub but indoor fireplace used daily. Inexperienced drivers may have difficulty navigating to home. Rec 4x4 rental car with navigation system but did ok in Fiat Panda with propped up phone on dashboard. Sifis & family are amazing hosts, high quality humans & new friends. Hope to return someday for at least 2 weeks to see more of Crete. Would def stay here again if available. Thank you!

Villa Levante was a perfect peaceful escape with an incredible view. The villa was clean, modern, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. Vasilis was also incredibly welcoming and responsive, greeting us at check-in despite travel delays and addressing any questions in a timely manner. We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Takk for en fantastisk ute i huset ditt, Fotini! En nydelig perle som ligger privat og idyllisk til. Vaskedamen Bella kom innom så og si hver dag, og var en fantastisk søt og hjelpsom dame. Det var alltid rent i huset. For de neste som kommer vil jeg anbefale en parkeringsplass 2 minutter unna. Det er mulighet for parkering rett utenfor boligen, men denne var så og si alltid tatt. Er også mulig å rygge ned inn porten på selve eiendommen, men dette var trangt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til dette nydelige stedet! Virkelig verdt å anbefale.

Pavlos Apartment ist unglaublich schön! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Pavlos selbst hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr neu und hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Plus ist der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
