Very relaxing and wonderful space, I wish I was napping on the patio now.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

The place was great! We loved it! Close to the beach, great restaurants, walking distance to the old port and supermarket, not too far from the highway. The lodging was enormous and had so much room, ac worked great, having a parking space was very practical. Go ahead and book you won’t regret it.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

The place is so beautiful and clean. The view from the outdoors is nice and peaceful. The scene of sheep eating grass multiple times a day in a small field under the pool is wonderful. (Photo first house) Maria, who showed us around, is so kind and nice.

What an absolute gem of a place! Let's start at the beginning. We were a group of 4 adults. The property owner kept us up-to-date with all needed information prior to arrival & included links for local eateries, activities & attractions to better plan our stay. We had a taxi booked from & back to the airport which worked like a dream. On our arrival, we were met by the owner, Dimitris, & his son Kostas, who gave us a quick tour of the property, pointing out key features & how to operate the electric gate before leaving us to enjoy the setting, which is right on the beach with some astonishing views. Despite being right on the beach, We didn't feel overlooked in the slightest & the infinity pool is a beautiful to spend a few hours a day. There are several restaurants in Stavros & two mini-marts a short walk away. We visited Chania one day & did a boat trip to the remote cove of Seitan, but otherwise we lazed by the pool, swam in the sea & dined like royalty. In short, perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Nektaria is a lovely host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Maleme is a calm getaway, for peaceful holidays.

Host was so helpful. Apt was lovely we especially loved the veranda and having breakfast on it at sunrise. Very peaceful. Apartment had all the amenities you need and it’s great having a washer.

This little villa was the perfect find for us! On a beautiful little cove with a beach across the street, private pool, very quiet and serene—a great hike up to a cave on the adjoining mountain, restaurants and groceries nearby, drivable to many of the islands locales—but even if you only get to nearby Chania, it’s such a charming town and well worth it. Stavros is the most gracious of hosts, very responsive and thoughtful, left us treats, kitchen was well stocked with basics, and he was full of helpful information to make our stay amazing. Wish we’d stayed here longer, honestly!!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

Nice and good contact in advance with Georgios. Meet on time at the accommodation (he also has a travel agency in the house, helpful for a taxi, e.g. for trips to hikes, ferry tickets). We were received very nicely and received a good briefing on the apartment. The apartment was modern and nicely decorated. It was clean and there was even an intermediate cleaning for four nights. The accommodation is in a great location: view of the promenade, the ferry pier and the city, so you can watch the hustle and bustle from the balcony with lake view. There were tips for the area and restaurants and Georgious was reachable, alternatively his sister sits on the ground floor in the office. For us, the personal favorite was the "Porates Restaurant" just up the street in the city. Baker across the street, several supermarkets within walking distance, the whole city in front of the door and everything accessible. Despite the very central location, it was comparatively quiet. We highly recommend!

Perfect place to visit Crete. Restaurants and supermarkets in feet distance. Easy to go to Balos, Elafonisi and Chania by car. Very comfortable fully equipped apartment. Terrace is really big and amazing. Hosts are very friendly. We came at night and Alisia's mom cooked for us hot fresh greek meal. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!

This was a spontaneous stay and for one night it was perfect, was a little complicated to find in the dark but the host was very helpful even late at night

Ioanna's place is fantastic - right on a lovely beach with good bars & restaurants nearby. The flat itself is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Ioanna and Debbie were lovely hosts, ready to help with anything. Nothing to fault - thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful stay. Enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

In all my years of traveling all over the world, I’ve never met a better host than Elena. She was absolutely the best! The apartment was beautiful and the view incredible. Elena gifted us delicious local treats and their own olive oil, raki and wine. We felt so at home and taken care of. I would definitely return and stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window but it’s great for anyone who likes to sleep in the dark. We had an amazing time staying here as a family.
