Vacation rentals with beach access in Phalasarna

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di ottobre e non posso che fare una recensione super positiva di questo posto. Casa molto bella e accogliente, con una vista mare meravigliosa, non puoi non svegliarti bene! Posizione ottima per raggiungere varie mete in macchina, oltre che ad essere a soli 20 minuti di macchina da Chania. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bontà e dalla gentilezza dell’host, mamma di Gorgios, una persona davvero di cuore e molto disponibile. Ci tengo a dare un consiglio a chi andrà in futuro in uno di questi appartamenti : di avere cura dei gattini che girano lì, sono dolcissimi e una carezza in più fa per loro la differenza ♥️ Noi tutte le sere gli davamo da mangiare delle scatolette di carne. Non potendoli salvare tutti, nel nostro piccolo si puo’ fare la cosa più giusta per loro!

Sure! Here’s your Airbnb review in polished English: ⸻ We had a fantastic 3 weeks stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, even during our longer stay it was cleaned. Everything was in like-new condition with tasteful and cozy furnishings. It had everything we needed. A true highlight was the beautiful garden with our own lemon tree and a stunning sea view from a small hill. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to town. Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended — we would come back anytime! Eugenia and especially her husband were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Sifi’s. He is easy going, responsive and provided great recommendations. The apartment is beautiful, modern and we felt very comfortable with our stay. Sadly our visit was short since there are plenty to see and do that we didn’t get to do but I would book this place again if we come back.

Thrasyvoulos’s was a very responsive, proactive and helpful host. The apartment was in an amazing location with great restaurants nearby. Would recommend!

Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, ισχίο, όμορφο μέρο. Όλα όπως φοτογραφια. Δέσποινα ήταν καλή γυναικα πού έκανε όλα για να μείνω μια χαρα. Όπως έφερε φαγητό, απο αυτα λίγο περνώ στο σπιτι στη Φινλανδία. Ευχαριστώ!! Αυτό το διαμέρισμα αξίζει το κόπο να έρθεις! Καί το Κισσαμο σαν Πόλη είναι συμπαθητικη, μικρη κ σάν παλιές μέρες ήταν αυτες.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

Nuestra estancia en Kou Kou House fue inmejorable. Sofia es una persona muy cercana, que nos dió muchos consejos sobre la zona y que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, el entorno en el que se encuentra la casa es precioso y la mayoría de días teníamos la playa de al lado, para nosotros solos. Sin duda repetiremos!! :)

Desiree was an impeccable accommodation. The place was everything we could have dreamed of and more…location, decor & special touches were top notch. The host Maria was responsive, and her helper Manousos was the nicest man who met us to provide the keys and showed us the place. We loved that this place also comes with parking. Maria’s mom had put together 3 containers of her chicken and potatoes for my family upon arrival. We were also treated with a bottle of wine, snacks, fruits, and bottled water. A water gun was left for our son. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Chania.

Wir wurden lieb empfangen und total unaufdringlich umsorgt. Die Familie der Gastgeberin war super freundlich und sie hat uns sogar extra 2mal veganes Essen gebracht, und das war auch noch total lecker. Man erreicht den Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Es wäre schöner wenn es dort mehr solche angenehmen Unterkünfte gäbe statt der grossen Hotels nebenan.

This house is absolutely stunning! It is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view took our breath away every morning ! The house is about 10 minutes from Kissamos which is the small town where we bought food to cook at home. I do advise renting a car to get to the surrounding towns and beaches. The host, Ria, was incredibly communicative prior to our arrival and just as accommodating once we got there. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. She was so kind to provide us with food and coffee for breakfast as well as some olive oil made from her family’s business. Ria was so welcoming and helpful! We felt very safe and at peace in the house (we visited with our 3 children who are 7, 10, and 11). This was by far our favorite vacation and we look forward to returning! We highly recommend! 🙌🏻

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kingsize Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, respektvoll und absolut reibungslos. Schon zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines, herzliches Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bereit: Honig, Olivenöl, Kekse und Raki – eine sehr schöne Geste! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber dennoch fahren dort Autos lang und man hört es vor allem morgens extrem im Bett. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit frischen Eiern und Orangen aus eigener Produktion überrascht. Zum Abschied gab es dann nochmals Honig und eine Flasche Raki – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Incroyable pépite les pieds dans l’eau… le plus difficile est de quitter la maison de Manolis pour aller découvrir les autres merveilles des environs…! Un accueil très chaleureux, de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent l’arrivée très agréable et un départ tout aussi touchant. Ce Airbnb est certainement celui qui a pris la première place dans mon cœur et le restera longtemps !!

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Non abbiamo incontrato Vasilis, ma la sua mamma Efi ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e ci ha fatti sentire immediatamente a casa, quasi parte di una famiglia che ci stava aspettando. Davvero super carina, ha lasciato preziosi consigli e suggerimenti su come muoversi in zona e cosa visitare. L’alloggio è esattamente come viene descritto, spazi comodi e vivibili come un vero appartamento a differenza di tante altre soluzioni pensate solo come “casa vacanze”. Consigliatissimo, noi torneremo sicuramente!!!!! GRAZIE EFI!!!❤️

Rauhallinen alue, remontoidut puhtaat huoneet. Meillä oli oranssi huone, joka sijaitsee kellarissa pienillä ikkunoilla kadulle. Huone ei lämmennyt helteillä joka oli mahtavaa! Majoituimme 8 yötä, huoneessa oli saippuat ja shampoot valmiina. Sekä pientä naposteltavaa. Tämä oli ihana yllätys 🙏Rakennuksessa oli pyykkitupa, jossa pystyi pesemään vaatteita. Tämä oli mahtavaa koska me reissattiin vain repuilla. Omistaja oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Iso suositus!! 10/10

Top-Ferienwohnung Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dieser hervorragenden Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,mega sauber, hat mega Duschen mit Massagenfunktion bzw.Regendusche und richtig viel Platz. Die Betten sind total bequem, wie neu. Die Küche beinhaltet viel mehr Geschirr und Besteck als man benötigt. Auch ansonsten ist alles in der Küche vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Grill und schönem Blick. Restaurants, Strand und Bootsverleih sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir sehr genossen.Die Gastgeberin ist einfach nur super, besser geht es nicht. Sie antwortet innerhalb von Minuten, hat super Tips für alles mögliche rund um den Urlaub und ist sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein herrliches Mittagessen und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Ersteinkauf bereits gefüllt, inklusive frisch geernteten Tomaten,etc. So macht Urlaub richtig Spass und man kann von Anfang an einfach relaxen.Gerne würden wir wieder dort Urlaub machen..

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Chania is a fantastic city and region, we have visited before and loved it however this time we wanted to stay outside of the old town due to noise in the evening. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. A short walk to both the old town and the beach, perfectly clean and also spacious with big terraces. Parking at the apartment which is a big plus for Chania. We visited with my parents and our toddler. Thank you Cryssa for such a lovely stay, we will certainly return!

I really recommend this place. Clean, is in a strategic position in kissamos, where you can reach all the principal locations as balos elafonissi and falasarna. The house Is very nice, It has everything, with two bedrooms, washing machine and Is very clean. Eleni has been very nice to us, informing how It works with the house and providing informations about the places to visit and where to eat. Thank you for opening your house to us!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.
