On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Sleeping in the new tiny house

You won't forget your time in the tiny house anytime soon. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove. Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen. We are a farm with horses, a therapy cow, dog, cat and chickens. Memmingen with its romantic old town invites you to stroll and stop by. Horsemanship, herbal courses or cow cuddling can be booked. Breakfast on request!

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Family-friendly accommodation near Wangen (6 km) and Lake Constance (10 km). Approx. 125 sqm. for 5 people - max. 10 people including babies and children. We are a nature-loving family who offer a family apartment in our own house. The terrace of the apartment is in our garden & there are numerous water points. Children's screams and toys lying around are expressly welcome.
