What a wonderful roomy place to stay in the gorgeous village but close to attractions. Great facilities within the unit. Beds very comfortable. Gabriela Manfred and family were excellent hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The picture of the house makes it look like there’s nothing else but the house. That’s false. There’s a decrepit barn for your view and they’re building another house on the property. I had to listen to the groan of a front loader for most of my stay. Not fun or peaceful. Other than that, Hubert’s spot is idyllic. But the space itself is more like a teeny hotel room.

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place. It was an easy walk or ride on the hotel shuttle from the parking area and we were given very clear instructions for check in. Christina was a very responsive host. The apartment was so cute and comfortable and the view was even better than in photos. We loved our visit to the Hallstatt area and would not hesitate to stay at Christina’s place if we returned. Thank you!!

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

Excellent apartments, I would like to recommend them with confidence. Convenient location, modern fresh renovation, clean and cozy. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay and stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Comfortable beds and bed linen. The view from the window pleases with its beautiful mountains, it is especially great to watch it from the large terrace outside. Also available is a ski room, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which makes active recreation even more comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Igor’s lovely home, even if it was only for one night! The scenery from the balcony was unbelievable, just as everyone described! Unfortunately, we had a little rain but Igor was so kind to lend us an umbrella…thank you Igor! I highly recommend this Airbnb, well worth the price!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether a small question or request – help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We felt comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything, Elfriede and Maria! 😊

The apartment was really nice and in a great location. I did have a bit of trouble finding the house the first time up the mountain. Very nice location and Torsten was always very friendly and willing to help if i needed anything. The ski bus stops almost in front of the door that takes you to the big ski area and you can ski a vintage feeling area right from the door which was absolutely great for off-piste skiing. There was also a rodelbahn 30 minutes walking away that was great fun! Really recommend the apartment!

This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. Doris and Anna were extremely responsive and helpful. They were the first hosts that provided slippers for guests. It’s truly the small little things that count. Besides being extremely thoughtful hosts, their place is squeaky clean and turned out to be exactly the same (in fact, even better!) as what was being featured in the listing. The place was easy to locate as well, with clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere private and cosy!

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

The wooden nest is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could cook well. On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the mountain view from the hammock. We also liked that emphasis is placed on sustainability (rainwater rinsing, solar energy, detergent concentrate, etc.). Since we are traveling with a baby, the washer-dryer was a great advantage. Our baby was pleased with the basket of toys. Katja and Korbinian were very nice and great hosts. Thank you! We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a mid-mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always available for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located 5 km down in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We had a wonderfully relaxed and quiet weekend in the mountains. Gerhard welcomed us right at the door and gave us a short tour of the apartment – including a nice welcome drink. The place exactly matches the pictures: lovingly decorated, cozy and perfect for unwinding. In short, if you want to get away from it all and enjoy a break in beautiful surroundings, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Arrive & feel good... The apartment is spacious & very cozy. Everything is so clean that we felt like we were the first guests. But certainly not that the apartment has been rented for years. Radu was very helpful, always available when needed & very friendly. The amenities are perfect & the terrace is fantastic. Since we don't have a bathtub & sofa, these two things were our personal highlight. In particular, since the bathtub is a whirlpool & the sofa is so cozy & large that 3 people could easily sleep on it. Those who love nature are in a perfect environment there. It is very quiet & surrounded by pure nature. Thanks for the relaxing days!

Our stay in the summer house with the Bartl family was very pleasant, incredibly relaxing and perfect for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. The apartment is wonderfully designed, you can tell the craftsmanship of a good carpenter. We can all recommend this Airbnb. Best regards, Morris
