The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. From the very spacious apartment you can look into a large garden, It is very central and yet extremely quiet, right in the city center (10-minute walk to the market/cathedral/train station, 15-minute walk to the lake or castle). When renovating the apartment, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological aspects. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, it is LOW RADIATION! We wash laundry + towels without fabric softener. The garden was created according to the rules of Feng Shui (many medicinal plants).

The apartment is located in Schwerin's Schelfstadt. A staircase takes you to the comfortable living area overlooking Pfaffenteich and Paulskirche. From the quiet balcony you can look into the green courtyards. Right next door is the Schleswig-Holstein-Haus and the conservatory. The market is a 3-minute walk; the train station is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. Schwerin Castle is about 10 minutes away. Lakes, restaurants, museums, theaters and cinemas can also be reached in minutes.

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat neben Herd und Ofen eine Espressomaschine, Thermomix und einen Waschtrockner. Die Katzen gehören mit dazu und werden völlig automatisch versorgt. Keine Verpflichtung für euch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Parkplatz findet ihr entweder im Parkhaus 10€ oder 20min Fußweg entfernt gratis.

Das Zentrum sowie eine Badestelle sind in nur 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
