Once upon a time, in a small village surrounded by peace and olive trees, there was a little stone house. On the ground floor, there is a manger; on the first floor, there is a barn and a dryer. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern amenities but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can dine in the moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with your loved one.

The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handmade by the undersigned, a retired carpenter. The location is great for exploring the Cuneo valleys, and is just minutes from Cuneo and the neighboring towns.
