Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

Great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. without any problems, Ivan made things simple for me, Ivan's accommodation is in a good location for getting around or exploring the surroundings. The house is clean, tidy and spacious. We had a great time! Ivan is always positive to the questions asked and always nice! Croatia is wonderful! Highly recommended

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

4 of us stayed for 1 night, lovely host. Good location & easy to walk to beach. Parking available. Very nice balcony, comfortable beds & slept well. Good facilities and would happily stay again if we were in the area. No complaints at all 🙂

If you're planning a trip through Istria and looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat, we can't recommend Elvin and Ivana's place enough. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their hospitality was warm and genuine. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and clearly well cared for. It had everything we needed to settle in comfortably, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is close to several charming small towns and villages, making it a great base for day trips. One culinary gem we found nearby is Anni’s Restaurant in Novigrad—a must-visit for homemade Istrian dishes at a very reasonable price. Trust us: come hungry. All in all, our stay with Elvin and Ivana was a memorable parts of our trip.

We were very pleased with our stay. Baker, market, restaurants are all very close. Alenka has a sweet dog. :) Everything you need is available in the apartment, except salt (but we brought it). Really nice beaches are about 15 minutes' walk away. Alenka responded to all our questions immediately & was very friendly.

What a find this place was. It was the perfect way to end a day of driving, with a beautiful sunset. We managed to take a quick dip in the pool, the water warmer than we'd expected. The apartment was spacious, we loved the style of the bathroom, the shower was good, bed comfortable, we'd definitely stay here again

Very quiet place. The beach is almost private. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Parking under the house. Very friendly host. The house is large, comfortable and clean. Recommended

Ester's house was perfect for our stay.

And enjoyed it very much. The pool had a nice temperature. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Nevanka was always and easily accessible. Unfortunately, it was very bright through the front door from 5 o'clock. With an infant, it's a disadvantage. But on the whole, I would recommend this apartment.

My husband and I spent one night in Umag during a journey by bike across Istria. I can claim we were really lucky in finding accomodation at Angelika's and Frank's house: they are extraordinary hosts and the apartment we slept in was extraordinary too: flawless clean, spacious, bright, equipped with everything you could need on holiday, with a beautiful terrace to relax. The house Is located in a quiet area near the lash "Punta park", with beautiful beaches at short walking distance. Angelika welcomed us very warmly and friendly: She allowed us to store our bycicles in their house's lobby (which represented quite a nuisance for them, as the bikes are bulky), and gave us a lot of useful advices about beaches and restaurants in the surroundings. She was so sincerely friendly and available to us that we felt like staying at friends' home. Honestly, we were sorry when we had to leave. I'd definitely recommend this nice accomodation with these nice hosts!

We had a super lovely stay here, quite short but would definitely go back! It’s clean, spacious, nice balcony, lovely area, very comfy pillows, everything you need basically:) and Branka and her husband are super friendly and lovely! Would recommend to everyone!

The landlord took great care of us. We were greeted with drinks and eggs and vegetables from the garden and also in the following days we received vegetables from the garden. You can walk to the beach easily. By car you can also easily drive to the neighboring towns. All in all: We would come back. Thanks Danjel !

We had a fantastic stay at Olga’s. It was right on the water as described with restaurants at your door step, yet it was quiet at night. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The second bedroom is a little bright in the morning but nothing a sleep mask can’t fix. It is a bit of a trek to get there due to cars not being allowed in the old town but I felt it was worth it to have the peace of a pedestrian only area.

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

We had a lovely relaxed peaceful stay here. The house was as described and we were able to use the kitchen to make meals. We also ate at the restaurant at the end of the street which has a playground out the back. Lucija was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We had a car and enjoyed day trips from here to the caves, Ljubljana and Piran. If I lived closer, I'd come back for sure.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Great location and lovely apartment

Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

We were completely satisfied! We especially enjoyed the great views from the terrace and the tranquility. Super close to the center and sparkling clean. We'll be back! 😊

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
