We offer for rent a half-timber cottage (a cultural monument of the Czech Republic from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries) in a very quiet place near the forest in the village of Sněžník, located in the Elbe Sandstone Protected Landscape Area near the Bohemian Switzerland National Park). There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. For adults, there is a pleasant outdoor seating, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and a selection of wines. You can use the Infrared Sauna to relax.

The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Hřensko and Pravčická brána are 40 minutes away from me. Ústí nad Labem and Děčín are about 10 km away
