What a cozy house and amazing view! We loved every day we stayed there and our little Dante loved every little space in the house, which is as wonderful to adults as it is to children. But the contact with nature was what prevailed, a house full of flowers and visits from birds all day, as well as a beautiful orchard that attracts the most varied songs throughout the day. I recommend it with my eyes closed, an extremely comfortable, clean, cozy house, even more beautiful than in the photos. ❤️

The house is excellent and I must point out that perhaps the cleanest I've ever used on Airbnb. The place is very private, excellent for those who, like me, want peace and contact with nature. Host is very kind and always concerned about providing the best experience for guests. I loved it, I'll definitely be back.

The whole house is perfect, the whole location is perfect, all the attention given by Gilberto and Carolina was perfect. The house's decoration and architecture are very tasteful, landscaping, a breathtaking view of the valley. It's impossible not to notice the extreme attention to every detail.

The condominium is very nice Quiet, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

What a wonderful experience!!! Luísa and Bruno are wonderful. Bruno is very helpful, always helping us and being very courteous. The house is a sight to behold, impeccably beautiful and clean. Huge!! We were greeted with some treats that we loved very much, like the flower he picked in the garden. We will definitely go back. We have nothing to criticize, only to praise!!

What an amazing weekend at Vista do Recanto Itaipava, a super clean, organized, very cozy place. Roberta welcomed us in the best way, always proactive, made all the difference. Unique place, my wife and I love this place. The saddest moment is the time to leave, lol. Just thank you, very top.

Amazing! We arrived and felt at home! Flávio leaves the main useful things (and that we always forget to buy) available there! Drinks and even frozen pizza. Great idea! Apart from the countless treats around the apartment. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is great and exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is wonderful, I loved it! It has a swimming pool, barbecue, playground and a beautiful lake to take photos! The apartment has a very good garden space! The air-conditioners are new and work perfectly, everything is brand new. Viviane is always attentive and responds promptly to messages. I took my father, who is in a wheelchair, the condominium is all adapted and has an elevator.

Great accommodation for 2 people. Quiet and easy access place. The apartment had all the amenities. Marcelo is always helpful and quick to respond with all the necessary guidance for a great stay. Returning to Itaipava, this will be my favorite spot.

Roberto's garden apartment is exceptional! Live is even better than in the photos. Clean and tastefully decorated. Well-equipped kitchen and clean, smelling bedding. Large smart TV with a perfect picture in the living room. WI FI flying. And the apartment has very good thermal insulation. We went this week and it was very cold in Itaipava but inside the apartment we felt very good. The center of Itaipava is about a 5-minute drive, but in front of the condominium there is a supermarket with many varieties and good prices. There is also a chain gym in front. And Roberto was very proactive and fluid in communication. Finally, an excellent place to stay in Itaipava!

Very good!! The place was far from the center (+-30 min), but we were looking to stay a little far away, so it was perfect! The location matched the Waze and it was super easy to get there! The space is super tidy, structured, with warm water and very cozy, I would definitely come back!

To start, the view! What a view. The house is beautiful, compact and intimate. The gourmet space was delightful. It's about enjoying every moment. I loved the wooden chairs, where we made a fire and watched the sunset. Comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, impeccable towels and linens. Roberta is always helpful. I recommend the stay and I want to come back.

The house is on a huge property, where you can walk and enjoy panoramic views of the region's mountains. The sunset was a show a day. The cold pool is perfect and very photogenic. The bed is comfortable and the suite shower warmed well. The host is a love of person. We made the route from Rio in two and a half hours. We recommend going in the day due to a stretch with break springs and the road part of the floor and climb to get there. The nearest market is about 20 minutes by car, so go with the groceries already. Perfect for those looking for peace and contemplating nature.

Our cabin days were simply unforgettable! Every detail reveals the care and affection with which this corner was prepared. We left renovated, with a heart full of gratitude and the desire to return soon. Undoubtedly, this hut has won a special place in our history — it will always be our favorite getaway!

Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, amazing. In addition to the house being very rich in detail and comfort, you have the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a campfire, time passes without us noticing. Easy to access location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it's good to bring things to make the most of the house. Place with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, including a 1 year old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and since the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace the place offers. Great accommodation, the place is amazing, charming and reserved. Great for resting and accessible to enjoy the city during the day. The host is helpful. At night I recommend turning off the balcony lights to enjoy the starry sky, which is beautiful! We loved the stay!

Miguel (dog) is a beautiful and very polite! He went to the cabin gate and didn't come in, he kept looking at me and I insisted that he come in and he came for a good cuddle! The stay was impeccable in all respects! We will certainly be back!
