It has a pleasant balcony overlooking the street full of historical buildings where you can experience the beauty of Ayvalık. Everything you will need during your vacation has been thought out to the finest detail and tastefully furnished. It is a spacious, simple and pleasant place where four people can stay comfortably. Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.
