Right in the middle of Auvergne, in Peschadoires, 5 minutes from Exit No. 30 - Thiers Ouest of the A89 autoroute, I am pleased to welcome my guests to a 70 m² independent apartment, tastefully furnished, on the 1st floor of the family home, with a terrace along the river, a garden and a swimming pool. You can explore Thiers, the capital of cutlery, the ceramics of Lezoux, Vichy (30 minutes away), and Le Puy and Vulcania (1 hour away), or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and the greenery on site.

Come and recharge your batteries in peace, lulled by the music of the water and the rustling of the leaves. In the shade of the trees, in full sun or under the snow, you will enjoy this break in our indoor cabin. Stroll along the paths to discover the biodiversity of the Black Woods. Since March 2022, we have been partners with LIVRADOIS FOREZ, a regional natural park in Auvergne. Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.
