It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

We only stayed one night but we left a piece of our heart, Graziella is a wonderful and sunny person who welcomes every guest as a member of the family. She is attentive to details and takes great care, and the accommodation reflects all this, a well-kept accommodation, with a beautiful garden in which to spend evenings and afternoons in peace with the world under the huge pepper tree. Also, if you love animals and especially cats, you can't miss this place full of beautiful cats and kittens to cuddle. Graziella, thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for the time you gave us, we will definitely come back and stay longer.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Great apartment and a lot to do in the neighborhood, from beach to mountains and hikes. We were there mid September, at the end of the holiday season. So, it was quiet, sometimes a bit too quiet.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.
