Vacation rentals with a patio in Pesada

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

The most modern accomodation you can get on the island, the apartment is brand new, spotless clean with amazing facilities and location. Super comfy bed and very quiet area that has a beautiful view from its spacious balcony. Our host went above and beyond to welcome us with a full overview of the top spots to visit, made us feel special. This is the best accommodation you can book, highly recommended.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

This please is very well located. If you like quiet and crowd-less place then you would certainly enjoy. The beaches infront are very nice with clear water. The gem of this place is Makis’ mom who helped us greatly in the place.

We loved our time at the art studio. Dimitri, Francesa and Panagiota are lovely people and took care of our needs very well. The view is amazing and its just a small car ride to Argostoli, the Vinerys and beaches.

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Had a great time - the house is perfect for families with small kids, ours absolutely loved the garden and the swing. Also, there is a large tree which provides shade and acceptable temperature even around noon (30+ degrees). Pebbly beach with cristalclear water just across the street and several beautiful beaches in walkable distance. Beautiful sand beach ~10 mins drive. The house itself has a large, very nice living room/kitchen and has everything one needs with two small kids. Chara was an amazing host, helped with everything and also got the dishwasher repaired within a few hours when it stopped workinf mid-week. Highly recommended!

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

Cozy boutique apartment. Updated, modern, and uncluttered. The kitchen comes stocked for preparing meals. The location is ideal for exploring the town center. There is plenty of street parking available in June…July and August might be more challenging. We enjoyed our time here.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Argostoli. Plenty of parking available (in May) and everything in town is accessible by foot (cafés, restaurants, markets etc). The place was really clean and comfortable. Kitchen filled with everything one may need. We got a warm welcome and host was available anytime.

This is a wonderful place. The host Vaso & Vasilis live on site and are the most wonderful hosts. The place is spotless and in a great location. Vaso gave us some Kefalonia meat pie which was delicious and Vasilis helped get the BBQ going for me. Every time we met Vasilis he would have a beer for us! The studio is in a great location, 5 mins walk to nearest restaurant up the hill with lots of others nearby. There is an amazing beach within a 10-15min walk down the hill. We certainly plan to return. Highly recommended.

Great place! Would happily stay again - very comfortable and modern interior, well equipped for longer stays. Excellent communication from the host.

It definitely a gem for summer times. Inside it’s a bit cold for early May. We got to do our laundry right away which was a big saviours in our trips even if we’re only staying for 1 night. From the city square/harbour you can see the apt and vice-versa which is breathtaking. If you arriving by car it’s good to know how to get there and not get confused bu google maps that keep trying to get your car driving up/down stairs or 1 way street. Roads are narrow so parking might be tricky. But all in all, we will definitely consider this apt. Should we comeback to Ithaka

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Mrs. Dora is truly exceptional, kind, helpful, polite and ready to help at any time. The house is really nice, everything perfectly clean, the house has everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation and Dora on our arrival made us find fresh water and beer and many other useful things for our stay. The outdoor space is a plus to the house, we always had breakfast and dinner out there. One evening Dora even cooked us typical dishes and during our stay she offered us her availability several times to prepare dinner for us!!! Her kindness ended up even taking us to the nearby airport on the day of departure, great Dora.
