High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. We rent a fully furnished Tinyhouse. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Coffee and tea are from the house. Breakfast is optional (10 Euro p.p.) The Garden House is a nature cottage. It is at the back of our garden. It is fully insulated and equipped with heating. There is a terrace in front of the Garden House. The street is protected village view and garden-protected landscape garden. We live on 15 minutes cycling bike ride from downtown Nijmegen.

Located on the Pieterpad is our beautiful home of which we offer the upper floor. Ideally suited for walks, bike rides, enjoying the tranquility, nature and golfing ( Rijk van Nijmegen ) . A visit to Nijmegen or Groesbeek or Kleve by bike is also easy to do. Dutch/German public transportation is a 15 minute walk away. A short distance away are the Mtb trails of Groesbeek and Reichswald. A guided tour is possible in consultation.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—they had left wine, milk, and fresh fruit for us upon arrival, which was such a kind gesture. The instructions provided were clear and helpful, and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house itself is perfect—very comfortable, well-equipped with everything you might need, and in an ideal location within walking distance to the centrum and a major supermarket. Highly recommended!

Sander is very receptive, communicative, and he is always ready to help. His house is so lovely. It contains everything we needed, it is perfecly cleaned, and the rooms are quite spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and is located near to supermarkets and to the bus stop. I highly recommend this place.

We had an all-around great stay at the house! The location is fantastic – detached with a beautiful view, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house is very comfortably furnished and stocked with anything you might need. Especially the fireplace provided a really pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. The contact was also great – fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. You felt immediately welcome. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the house! Thank you 🤩

I stayed two nights in Wies' house, and that was wonderful! She has a beautiful house with an even more beautiful garden. Wonderfully central in Nijmegen-Oost, my favorite neighborhood in Nijmegen. So it's in the middle of the city, and at the same time it's lovely and quiet. Wies is very accessible, she responds very quickly to your questions. She was also very warm and flexible towards me. I would recommend everyone to enjoy the beautiful Nijmegen, and the Oost district. And then rent Wies' downstairs apartment.

It was a wonderful stay! Practically in the middle of nature, Mijke and her husband were very helpful and the cottage was very nice and well equipped!

We had a lovely stay at Lizette's barn house. Anything you need is available, Lizette is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Finally, the house is in a great area and the lovely nature there literally visits your doorstep there (e.g. owl, woodpecker, herron). We definitely recommend!
