"Le Charny", a former farmhouse completely renovated in 2023. 3 minutes from La Roche Sur Foron, a pretty little medieval town, from ROCHEXPO, and from ENIILV. You will have an entire home (fairly narrow interior staircase) and a beautiful unfenced terrace (small road nearby). Large outdoor space for parking cars or commercial vans. Geneva, Annecy 1/2 hour away, the resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, and Les Gets 3/4 hour away. Chamonix, Evian, Ivoires... less than 1 hour away.

Within 5 minutes drive you can find local farms, horse boarding stables, an adventure park, tennis courts, climbing. *There's dry toilet.
