Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

This is an old house that has been tastefully renovated. It offers a completely private and secure setting. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open space with two small bunk beds. The property also benefits from a fenced private plot, an outbuilding (for bicycles or other) and a pergola with a beautiful view. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

The enclosed courtyard with a grassy area will allow you to rest in peace. The village is quiet, a few kilometers from the A89 motorway exit, La Bourboule, Orcival and 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park between Dôme and Sancy and can go hiking from the apartment. A beautiful area to discover...
