Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Nestled in the heart of Sancy, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Murol, and the Sancy massif, come and enjoy this cozy cocoon, 50 m² including a bathroom, a small bedroom with a magnificent view. Outside, you will have access to a private plot of 3200 m² including 400 m² fenced, as well as a terrace on stilts of 9 m². This chalet is located 40 min from Clermont Ferrand, and 20 min. from Super-Besse by car. ***Cleaning and bed linen included in the rate***

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
