The independent guest accommodation, converted from the barn, is complete with a dining room, a comfortable bathroom, and a large and bright bedroom with a double bed and a three-quarter bed, ideal for a couple, family, or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

There is a large porch and a garden; 2 e-bikes (for rent) and from May to September you can cool off in the Tankkd (with outdoor shower) A few minutes' drive away is the quaint town of Moncalvo, where the traditional Truffle Fair takes place every autumn.
