Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional hosts, super attentive and kind. The condominium is super complete, with an exceptional structure and extremely polite employees. Everything worked together to make the stay impeccable. I highly recommend it and I definitely intend to return soon.

Very good space, a very quiet neighborhood, I have no words to describe Roberta's family, they were super attentive, super polite, her husband is super kind and she is super charismatic, the apartment is super cozy, it has everything you need! However, the garage space of the building itself is a little small..... I scraped my car trying to enter and a young man who lives there, I think he is the building manager, was kind of rude, he ran when he heard the noise of the car scraping on the wall but didn't ask what happened, he just stared at the gate, he didn't even look me in the face, but apart from that everything was excellent. In addition, Roberta let us stay a few more hours. My girlfriend and I will definitely go more often.

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Thomas was very attentive and the apartment is small and cozy. The double bed could be a little bigger, it didn't have to be a King, but a Queen maybe. The internal noise is a negative point, but the location and the condominium staff are fantastic. Everything was very straightforward. It was worth it and we will do it again!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, everything is easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
