House vacation rentals in Pernambuco Beach

The house is quite ewuipada of utensils, is really beautiful as in the pictures and comfortably accommodated the whole family. The condominium is quiet and everything makes us feel at home. I was very pleased with the rental and super indication. My suggestion would be just a heating in the pool. Since the water is cold we cannot take advantage of it as we would like.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the location is very close to the beach, we walked there every day, the bakery, supermarket and a gallery are very close to the rental! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! I recommend and would come back more often!

The house is beautiful, very well decorated and cozy, with an excellent structure to host families or groups of friends. The location is a great highlight: it is very close to Pernambuco Beach and Mar Casado, in addition to being a few minutes from Pão de Açúcar, which makes it much easier for those who want to make the most of Guarujá. However the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found some points that could be better taken care of in this aspect, which impacted the first impression a little. With a greater attention to cleanliness, the experience would certainly be perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the house's potential is enormous. With small adjustments, it becomes one of the best options in the region!

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to be all together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for those days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

The house is just spotless! Everything is extremely clean and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is super complete, with all the necessary utensils and also has a dishwasher, which was a great differential. The rooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned in the suites, ensuring great nights of rest. The outdoor area is also amazing, with a huge pool, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Also, the water filter with ice option was a detail that made all the difference. Patrícia and Sérgio were super gentle and supportive, always ready to help with whatever it took. I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The best home we've ever stayed in Guarujá!! The Giovanni house is perfect, in perfect condition equal to the photos, very well airy, totally complete, accommodated well 8 people, wonderful location, close to trades, the corner bakery has everything you may need, in addition to the Sugar Loaf market in the shopping mall a 5 minute walk or Extra a 5 minute drive, super close to the beach, you can walk quietly, everything perfect, Giovanni was very flexible with the check in and Mr. Zezinho is also super adorable, the neighborhood is very quiet, it was wonderful days, we will return soon! Nota 1000!!!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!
